Great area, 7 min to Atlantic Beach, St. Johns Town Center, Ponte Vedra, Golfing, Mayo Clinic, Fun Night Life or Just Relaxing on the Dock. Peaceful! Very quaint, eclectic, cozy, COTTAGE HAS A PRIVATE DRIVEWAY WITH A ORANGE MAILBOX PARKING AT COTTAGE ONLY. comfortable & so peaceful.

Full kitchen with island has desk area,
Fishing dock with floating docks..Dock has some fishing gear.bring your poles
Private patio & yard ,may store a small boat in driveway area with your car- truck.. There’s a full kitchen. FRESH LINENS...WE ARE ON ARTESIAN. WELL WATER SYSTEM WE DO Have bottle drinking water for the cottage if you prefer. There’s a black iron fence that divide properties please stay on your side including parking, So both sides are private.

A non refundable PET FEE $100. USD More if you have multiples....Cleanup fees will be assessed if pet has an accident or damages to the cottage . For the courtesy of other main house pets must be in crate whenever left alone. You must supply crate for your pets.. AND SCOOP YOUR POOP!!!!Two pets and 50lb maximum per pet.. There’s a laundry mat 2 miles away, dry and fold next door to Winn Dixie.

Cottage delight
We loved this rental! It was perfect for my husband and myself! It was very clean and decorated very nicely……cozy and so relaxing…… Deborah was great ….. she had snacks, bottle water and fresh flowers and a bottle of wine waiting for us!! She responded usually within a few minutes if we had questions!!! I was looking forward to enjoying the peaceful quietness of the patio each morning but unfortunately the rain didn’t cooperate! We would highly recommend this rental and Deborah was great!

Excellent VRBO! Beautifully decorated, cozy and lots of charm inside and outside. The waterway view and dock are another plus as well as the spacious yard, pergola and garden walkway with various sitting areas. The host has thought of everything! Will return!

Beautiful and Relaxing Property
The property was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The landscaping around the cottage was well designed and true to the pictures provided in the listing. It was mostly private from the surrounding properties and allowed for great relaxation. We were even treated with bonus practice sessions from the Blue Angels on two afternoons during our stay, as they were scheduled to perform at a local event the following Saturday of our trip. They flew right above us at the property's fishing dock. It was spectacular. Highly recommend the property for a relaxing stay in Jacksonville.

A little bit of paradise
Deborah was a wonderful host. Lots of privacy. Everything was clean and neat. Appointed beautifully with lots of special touches. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable queen bed. Cozy but it doesn’t feel that way because of the outside areas and views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful hideaway
We loved it. The cottage was very much like in the photos, just a different chair here or there. We were close to a Main Street, but it didn’t feel like it. We felt hidden away. We loved the lawn stretching out to the dock, and we watched the fish and the rising and falling of the tides. The cottage was very comfy and had just about everything we needed. Deborah was a great host, friendly and helpful.

This tiny home has everything one or two people could need for a romantic escape. beautifully decorated and well stocked home. With wonderful outdoor seating area. Large piece of property with lots of privacy. Home is secluded while while still being within five miles of shopping areas.

Great place to just relax
We chode this place because of its proximity to Sawgrass TPC. We went to The Players. We took an UBER to and from and it was reasonably priced. If your are looking for a place for a rest and respite this isba good choice. You have privacy you have a doc to fish from(everythin there for that) cook your catch in your bungalow. Everything is there. Huge quiet backyard and sitting space under the pergola. You are on greenfield?river. Lots of restaurant choices as well. All on atlantic. Hawkers was very good( delivered by Ubere eats) Enjoyed our stay and would repeat if we return to the area.

This was our second time there. It was as magical as the first. A sanctuary close to the city and beaches. Deborah is a fantastic host. She has a fine eye for detail. This is a great place to stay for whatever brings you to Jacksonville. Centrally located, this cottage was perfect for the two of us. The pictures accurately depict the property but it’s actually better; there is a full size oven and stove, and the property was completely private, despite its description as a backyard bungalow. We would gladly stay here again. The owner even provided a little New Years champagne!

Unexpected, quiet oasis!! It just doesn’t get any better than this. Everything and more provided! Clean, well appointed, beautiful water views, an amazing outside living space that nearly doubles overall living space and off-street parking right outside the cabin!! Can’t beat it!! I’ve been back a few times and plan to visit again soon. Perfect for solo or couples traveling!! Fast, reliable wifi too.

Amazing little cottage tucked away with complete privacy!
My stay was perfect. The cottage is about 12 minutes from Mayo Clinic and the beach. Lovely, secluded setting with secure off street parking. Everything you could ever need or want! The outdoor pergola is just dreamlike - it doubles the little space in good weather. Already booked my next stay! Wonderful, responsive host!

Exceeded expectations
I was in Florida working with my family for a week. This was my retreat after hard working days. The structure and patio were traditionally furnished and decorated as a cottage might be in some rural parts of Europe. The conveniences for meal preparation and food storage were plentiful even including a small espresso machine. Huge outdoor area and on the water with a private dock. Perfect as a single or couple for occupancy but plenty of outdoor conveniences to invite a local friend or family for a visit. The unit was a little dusty on my arrival hence the 4 rating on cleanliness. It was cleaner that most short term rentals I've experienced. WiFi was strong, air conditioner cooled space effectively. I'll be returning here if the property is available next time I'm coming to Jacksonville and need a place to stay.

Cottage Oasis
We had a lovely stay at the cottage over the long Memorial Day weekend. The goal of this trip was to relax, ignore the world for a few days, fish, and enjoy the beach. All were easily accomplished staying here. The cottage is decorated perfectly and the bed is soft and comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the dock with our dog and taking in the views. Thank you for a peace filled stay.
