Welcome to our relaxing 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom guest home located just north of downtown Jacksonville. Nestled in the historic district of Springfield. With its prime location, this spacious and inviting retreat is perfect for a small family or couples seeking a memorable stay in the Bold City.

Our rules are listed below:

- Please don’t flush wet wipes down the toilet. This unit has sensitive pipes and it will cause the sewer to back into the property. We kindly ask to dispose wet wipes in trash.

-Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee. Please send inquiry for details.

- ***No parties or illegal activity allowed on site*** GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND BE FINED $1,000 PUS ANY EXPENSES AS A RESULT OF DAMAGES OR ADDITIONAL CLEANINGS.

- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.

- Up to 6 additional day visitors are allowed.
- Limited to 2 pets less than 35 lbs (additional fee of $80 will apply)

- Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host 24 hours to remedy the issue.

- Expectation is for the home to be returned in the condition in which you found it.
