HOT TUB Home across from the Beach!

Escape the ordinary and unwind in style on the beautiful beaches of Amelia Island. This home was designed with vacationing in mind! Our three bedroom house - directly across the street from the beach - features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with extremely comfortable furnishings. The Master bedroom boasts newly updated furnishings, and is equipped with a king size bed as well as luxury linens/pillows so you can rest the night away. Bedroom 2 also contains a king sized bed, luxury linens, and relaxing décor! The third bedroom- a comfortable queen that has some great peek- a-boo views of the ocean. Relax and unwind in the fully upgraded bathroom which features a walk-in marble shower and rainfall showerhead with hand wand. Our beach bathroom as we call it, located conveniently near the patio, is the perfect place to wash off your sandy feet after a great day at the beach! Enjoy the open concept living room with comfortable furnishings, a 65" 4k TV, and well stocked kitchen with loads of natural light spilling in. Sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening fire on the front patio while listening to the ocean .

All of this is just a 5 minute walk from the beach! Stroll just a blocks to the north and enjoy one of the least crowded beaches in Northeast Florida. Enjoy shark teeth hunting? You have found your spot as this area is known as a "honey hole" for shark teeth! A short walk on the beach (or road side) puts you at 3 great beachfront restaurants. Take a short bike ride to the enchanted and world renowned Fort Clinch State Park. Our house is also a short 5-minute drive from historic downtown Fernandina Beach where you can enjoy some of the finest restaurants in Northeast Florida!

Amelia Island is a dream vacation spot. It is truly one of the most beautiful islands in the world and is filled with fantastic beaches, restaurants, and southern charm. We have fallen in love, and we are sure you will too!

Perfect getaway
Had a 5 day get away with some friends for my 36th birthday. Was so lovely to adventure out in downtown fernandina, and relax in this homey rental. I enjoyed the pool/spa and with the beach access a short walk away I got to enjoy the sand and sun also. All the furniture was so comfortable. The stay was worth every penny!

We loved our stay and would like to go back to enjoy the pool, beach and area when not cold/raining the whole time. The pool/hot tub looked soooo inviting! This is a great location- central to everything and easy to find. LOVED the shower although bathroom tight for more than 1 person. Note the noise/traffic, since on busy street - we got used to it. Overall great stay!

Great space with pool and hot tub
This is a great house. The inside is beautifully renovated and the pool and hot tub are a great bonus. Across the street from the beach and can walk to some good beachfront restaurants. Owners are so responsive it is great. Big bonus they can get you on the Ritz golf course at very reasonable rate. I would come back again.

Perfect beach home! Convenient location, roomy with 3 beds, beautiful pool and hot tub. The host was very prompt in communicating. I believe the area may be plagued with palmetto bugs, so we found a few belly up, however the home was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again.

The house was great. Very clean, great location. Exactly as described and pictured. The landscaping and out of control grass, shrubs and weeds left a lot to be desired. Overall, nice place and would consider staying again in the future.

Wonderful stay
We enjoyed the home so much. It was perfect for long walks on the quiet beach. The sand and water are beautiful here. The house was always nice and cool . The beds are very comfortable and we loved the house. The pool looks brand new and we were so impressed the pool cleaner comes 2 times a week. All of the bedding, appliances are higher quality than you normally see in a vacation rental. We will be back.

Great location!
We loved our time in Fernandina Beach with a great location affording us so many opportunities. Firstly, we were able to bring our beloved pup who enjoyed her romps on the beach. The beach is within easy walking distance, 2 good restaurants within walking distance, so close to ALL of the wonderful restaurants in the historic district ( loved Timoti, Cafe Karibo, T-Rays, Espana and Nana Teresa’s bake shop ). Rode bikes to Fort Clinch and through beautiful neighborhoods. At the end of a long fun filled day we relaxed in the wonderful hot tub. All wrapped into one lovely, comfortable home! They were very responsive to our needs. You will love it!

A cozy beach house with everything you need!
We had a wonderful time at this cozy home, which is located across the street from the beach and a few blocks from restaurants and a park. The swimming pool was the highlight for our family, particularly on days when it was too windy for the beach. The home is clean and well stocked with everything you may need. Ashley was a pleasure to work with and was always ready to help. It was the perfect getaway for our overly busy family.

The Gem
This property is perfect for a family that considers their pets family too. I loved having a hot tub especially since the wearing was not beach weather. Landscaping definitely needs some TLC but that’s honestly the only thing. I’m so happy my husband found the gem of a place. We are planning next years vacation now!

Cute cottage!
The description of this property was right on! My husband and I were very comfortable and in spite of chilly temps and drizzles enjoyed our time here. The location was great for those who enjoy the beach and the neighborhood behind the house was perfect for walking the dog. And the north island is very low key and down to earth. We loved being so near Fernandina Beach downtown. Ashley was so responsive and gave us good advice about restaurants in the area. She was the best host we’ve had at a VRBO!

Family vacation
We so enjoyed our vacation at Fernandina. The cottage was absolutely adorable! It was comfortable, clean and had plenty of room. The walk to the beach was just around the corner and the outside sitting area was my favorite. It stormed a few days and the cozy outside area was perfect for relaxing and viewing the ocean. Wonderful host and beautiful property
We had such a great experience. The Host was very accessible and did there best to handle any issues. Two bathrooms just be ware one bathroom is outside just off the pool and is not heated in winter. That took some getting used too at first but brought back memories of my childhood. Added bonus they added a hot tub and pool. We could never get the hot tub figured out on heat but that was OK We didn't expect one anyway. Property was very clean and short walk to beach. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Gave the property information to my niece so they will be booking for this summer.

Secondary bath in garage not well kept home
I absolutely hate to leave this review. However the property screams maintenance deferred and the owner has checked out. Pool was dirty, bugs (needs pest control). The yard and grounds have not been mowed, weeded or maintained in months. The secondary bath is not located inside the house. It is actually a concrete laundry room and bath located in a breezeway outside home near pool. This property is extremely overpriced. The furniture has seen better days both inside and pool area. I feel robbed at almost 600.00 per night for Labor Day Weekend.

We absolutely loved this place.
This home was so very nice to stay in. The decor was great and the bed was so comfortable. The linens made you feel like you were at a 5 ⭐️ resort. The home is a great one level place with ocean views and the breeze was constantly blowing which was heaven. The quaint sitting area outside was well appointed and we even used the fireplace one night. The access to the beach were steps away and the beach was not full and our dogs loved every minute walking and running. As said before, the breeze was just perfect as the day heated up you could still sit outside and enjoy the patio. The kitchen had plenty of things available to make a small gathering nice. The only thing we were wishing for was a grill. There were grill utensils but no grill. Being at the beach, that’s a must and our only complaint. We made do and had pizza from “V” pizza which was good as well as their sandwiches. Salt Life Shack is a block away and is so beachy and loved the open air concept. The food was good but the drinks were even better. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place. It fit our needs and will come back in the future. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
