SECURITY
This quiet area is home to retirees, college students, blue-collar workers, and young families. For added security, we have RING Motion-Activated Lighting and security cameras monitoring the outside perimeter and driveway, all positioned externally. The property is situated in a peaceful, established neighborhood with homes dating back around 70 years. When not traveling, we reside just three doors up the street in a blue bungalow home. We are on-call if you ever need anything.
PARKING
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire paver double-driveway for your parking needs. Additionally, there’s a guest parking pad parallel to the street for visitors. Free and legal street parking is also available if needed. Please note that commercial vehicles, moving trucks, and trailers are not permitted on the paver driveway due to weight concerns and the risk of fluid leaks causing damage. We kindly request that you avoid driving or parking on the newly sodded lawn, as it is equipped with a sprinkler system. This helps maintain the beauty of the yard and ensures it stays in excellent condition.
HOUSE RULES
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside our units, which includes vaping, incense, cigarettes, marijuana, and other substances. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. Smoke damage remediation is very expensive and will be charged to those who violate this rule, so we ask for your cooperation. Parties and events are not permitted without our permission, and the use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
