Clean place, poor communication
Apartment was lovely. Communication with owner was not. I sent a message re: towels, basic essentials, and the like. Reply stated that info will come closer to check in time. Check in time came and I did not receive any info. I was late getting there but I needed the info for packing purposes. Once there, it was awesome! I again had to message regarding check out. No instructions in the apartment or online. For a first time renter from VRBO, I can only hope others are better at communicating.

Amazing rental
The property was exactly as described. New building, extremely clean and amazing hosts. During my stay I found out last minute that I needed to stay an extra day and didn’t know how to adjust my stay, the host was super responsive and helped me with the process. This will definitely be my new place to stay when I’m in Jacksonville
