Beachside House with 2 Floors

House is one block from the beach. Guests will be able to use 2 floors (2nd and 3rd floors) of this 3 floor house. Entrance is on the second floor via external stairs. First floor is a separate unit/address. Each floor has a balcony with unobstructed view of the beach. Internet/Wifi is available. Accommodates 4 adults with 2 children. Owner is available locally and can be contacted anytime. Parking included. Walking distance from downtown Jacksonville Beach, Seawalk pavilion and numerous beach bars. Two blocks away from Casa Marina and one block away from Margaritaville.

Perfect location and place for weekend getaway!

So close to the beach and shops!

Escaped Boston winter with our kids. Enjoyed, I -Fly, Adventure Landing and dining at Jax Spice and O-KU. We were on the beach daily thanks to a perfect location. Loved it so much, we already booked for next year!

This property was the perfect location close to a lot of restaurants and shops a lot of which are walkable from the house. The view of the ocean and beach from the balcony was wonderful. The beach was just a short walk across the street. It was a great spot to sit on the balcony and people watch which we really enjoyed! The place was clean and had everything we could need as well as beach chairs for the beach! I would definitely stay here again.

The property was as described. Very clean, great location and views of the ocean. Great restaurants in the area, within walking distance. The upstairs first bedroom could use a new box spring as the current one squeaks a lot when getting in and out of the bed. Otherwise a nice stay.

Can’t be beat
Escaped the New England winter to this perfect spot. Sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise or the sky at sunset , was only topped by long walks on the beach. The apartment was comfortable and well stocked. Easy check in was appreciated. Within walking distance to good eateries. Best I can say is that we already booked for next year!

Great location
This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this property. It has great beach views from the 3 patios that always seem to have a cool breeze blowing from the Atlantic. It is in walking distance to the beach and many other attractions. Check in and out was very easy. I had also rented the bottom property for another couple that were suppose to come with us. When something came up I got the full refund no questions asked. Will definitely rent this property again.

MAYO stay
We were in town for my brother in law to have some tests done at the MAYO clinic, when our stay was extended by several days. Not wanting to stay all that time with 3 people in a hotel room, I went on a search for somewhere we could at least see the ocean while we were in town. This was perfect for us. Great location. Just across the street from the ocean. Couldn’t have been better.

Perfect Jax Family Beach House
The house is in an excellent location with a place for food and drinks right across the street, and walking distance to all restaurants and night life. There are excellent views with direct line of sight to the beach on all 3 balconies. Besides the balconies, there is space to sit outside and 2 parking spots. The inside is extremely clean, and the decor is cute and beachy. The home is well stocked with games, movies, and everything you need to cook any type of meal - there are even some necessities for food prep including spices. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine on the table upon arrival. This is an excellent home for a beach stay in Jacksonville!

Beautiful home. Perfect location.
The pictures do nothing for this cute house. Very clean, and comfortable, with a perfect view of the beach. Beds were very comfortable. My favorite thing to do in the mornings was to open up the curtains in the Master Bedroom and watch the sunrise while still laying in bed. Each balcony had the best view of the ocean. Heard someone walking down the street saying this house had the best spot on the beach. Completely agree. Several restaurants with walking distance. We enjoyed riding bikes and our daughter learned how to surf in two hours with surf lessons right in front of the house. Would love to stay again. Highly recommend.

Jax Beach.
Arrived about 9:00 p.m. after 700 mile drive to a rusted lock with dead batteries on front door. Had to call the number listed and was very hard to understand him. He finally sent someone over with new batteries. And the apartments back door was found unlocked when we got there. The apartment had potential but in my experience with VRBO not up to your standards. Had spring breakers right across the street from us who partied til well past midnight. Then had a shooting only 4 blocks from us and the police told everyone to shelter and lock our doors. We left a day early. It is also on a very busy road.
