Elizabeth was a great host, responsive, simple process in easy detail. Home is very clean & updated. We enjoyed a slow morning drinking coffee viewing photography books provided, kids enjoyed people & dog watching off the balcony. Very cozy & homey, active community walking outdoors. Nice location. Multi level was great for our large geoupwith many ages.

Close to the beach and perfect for families
We booked this unit for a family, with 5 adults and two kids. The property was spacious, with 3 floors and had enough space for us to spread out. The beds were so comfortable and the property was super clean. It was decorated so cute too and the little labels were so helpful. It had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. We will be back to this property for sure.

All the amenities you could ask for handsoaps, etc top notch the beach is literally across the street upscale restaurants, and those you know are a short drives or walks and most all via bicycle. Quiet neighborhood while we were there.

The house has been beautifully renovated and decorated. The location is great for easy beach access with kids and walking distance to restaurants. The house is well stocked with all the amenities you would want for a family beach vacation. We would definitely stay at this house next time we visit the area.

Beautiful Property in Fantastic Location
This 3-level townhome was perfect for our needs. It was beautifully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. We were in Jacksonville for a wedding and the location made it easy to run out quickly for items we forgot—lots of nearby shopping. We already want to return.

Perfect place on Jax Beach
This experience was perfect. The listing was enticing,and the real life experience was better than anticipated. The home is convenient to everything. Just s few steps to the beach and down the street fro ma coffeeshop and shopping. The house was clean and welcoming. I definitely recommend this for anyone going to Jax beach.

Everything about our stay was just as expected. The townhome was extremely clean, organized and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with Elizabeth was always prompt and made sure we had everything we needed! The walk to the beach was closer than expected as well.
