Great for entertaining, the tastefully appointed interior features a well-equipped kitchen and dining space, plus two separate living areas. One includes a games table, TV, and sliding glass door access to your private pool - the ultimate hangout space. The crown jewel, however, is your resort-style backyard oasis. Sunbathe on lounge chairs between refreshing dips in the sparkling pool. There's a shady cabana and the dining table offers additional seating for poolside snacks.

Situated at the quiet end of Jacksonville Beach, you're just a short walk to the ocean and a mile from the family-friendly Sunshine Park with a splash pad and skate park. Attend the Sea Walk Pavilion for concerts, outdoor movies, and festivals. Historic St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city, is under 30 miles away. This prime location puts you close to multiple shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location, lovely pool
Loved my stay here. Pool was great, outdoor space was fab. Ideal location for exploring and close to the beach. Only recommendations I’d make is upgrade the bathrooms as they are dated and put another TV in the second bedroom for rainy Jax days :)

Quiet and relaxing vacation home!
Great location, very short walk to the beach. The pool area is great! The shed has about everything you need for the beach, including a wagon and cooler and very nice chairs. Beach towels and lots of extra towels for the home are available. Several fans provided. The home is close to many stores but still so quiet, at night you can see the stars and hear the ocean. Very relaxing and clean home in a very nice well maintained neighborhood.

Awesome Beach week
We loved the privacy of the home, in a quiet neighborhood and with a the fenced in private pool, we could just relax. The pool area is definitely the selling point and best part of the property. So welcoming and has everything you would need. And it’s close to the beach, with a direct access, and the beach was peaceful and not crowded like the bigger beaches. And having the shed with everything you would need to float in the pool, to a chair to sit in at the beach was great! We would definitely come back if we ever go to the Jacksonville Beach area again!

This is our second time in back to back years renting Beachy Keen. We love the convenient access to the beach, the quietness of the area, and having a private pool to enjoy. Everything we need is provided but it’s only a short drive to multiple restaurants and stores in the area. We will be back again.

Girls trip of dreams!
A group of my best friends and I stayed here for a girls’ “stay-cation” and had a ball! While we packed the weekend full of fun activities around the Ponte Vedra and Jax beaches, we still adored getting to spend the afternoons poolside soaking in some sun! We had a marvelous beach day during our stay as well and were happy to find a cooler and an umbrella to bring down to the beach with us! We surely would have melted in the heat with out them! Thanks Vacasa and owners for thinking of everything so we didn’t have to!

There are no TVs in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and no TV in the one main living area. I would recommend more TVs ESPECIALLY if you plan on bringing children

Family get-away
We enjoyed our little vacation in this beach house. Short walk to the beach. There is a shed out back that has all the things needed for the beach! Chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, toys, and even a surf board. The backyard was beautiful, it was so nice to come from the beach and chill in the pool. The kitchen has everything you need for a BBQ. We will definitely be coming back to stay!

Cute house
Location is great. Back yard is lovely even though it was too cold to use the pool, it was nice to sit out back and chat. The house is old, but has some updates and seems to be well maintained. It’s spacious and roomy. My only complaint is it wasn’t clean. I could write my name in dust on the headboard of the main bedroom and the dishes in the kitchen were all dirty.
