Nice property

Southside is in a great new area with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We wanted to be close to my son and his family and it worked out great. It's a newer rental property so there were a few minor issues, but would not prevent me from renting again!

Quick Family Getaway

We decided to visit Jacksonville to end our summer and really enjoyed our stay. The host was really nice and prompt with any request. The checkin process was easy and hassle-free! The only suggestions would be additional seating in the living area, bar stools, and full length mirrors in the bedrooms (women like to see their outfits in full ;-) lol!) We would definitely stay here again! Here are a few places we visited: 1. First Catch - Breakfast/brunch - great place nearby with delicious food, good service and decently priced. 5 mins away. 2. CheapSkate Adventures - Jet skis, cruises, water roulette - we rented 2 Jet skis and switched riders and drivers with ease, thoroughly enjoyed a night cruise and had an amazing time on the roulette! The owners are so professional, super nice and sincerely wants you to have a great time! They took pictures and videos and sent them to us at the conclusion of each activity. Snacks, souvenir cups, phone water pouches, drinks and music was provided at an extremely affordable price! 25 mins away. 3. Juicy Crab - delicious seafood with fast and friendly service! 15 mins away. 4. St. John’s Town Center - 167 stores and restaurants, from Target to Tiffany and Company. So much to see! 20 mins away. 5. Jacksonville Beach - Beautiful white sand, volleyball nets, chair and umbrella rental. There’s a few bars and beach shops to visit and all day parking is only $7.00. 25 mins away. 6. Riverwalk - Water taxi to take you between the North and South side to sightsee downtown Jacksonville. A few shops and a great ice cream shop! 25 mins away. I hope this is helpful!
