"This is a large house with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. Some of the mattresses are extra firm and I would suggest some rooms be furnished with twin beds instead of queen. Although there are two large sitting areas the dining room is small and couldn’t seat our group. There were a few housekeeping issues but when I reached out by email I received no response so we managed to resolve the issues ourselves. The location is great and we enjoyed our stay here. We hope to return next year."

As we were cooking at home, we brought everything we needed, but didn't expect to find no salt and pepper, or even a little oil. The host was very responsive, and had already arranged for a maintenance person to fix something the cleaning person identified while preparing for our visit. "Lots of space for our group of 8. Beds were comfortable. Close to the lake for ice fishing, and a short drive into town. Only suggestion would be to have more silverware - we did not have enough forks. Otherwise things were well stocked and clean. "
