A VERY quiet neighborhood, this spacious home has easy access to I-55, shopping, grocery stores, and fabulous restaurants. Stairs to get to the two upstairs bedrooms, a bathroom, and media room with a 65" smart TV. Downstairs is the master with an ensuite, a second bedroom with an ensuite, and a half bath. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for short and long stays. The living room offers a smart TV and features cathedral ceilings. The back patio has a terrific seating area with a charcoal grill.

We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items.

House Rules:
No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property
No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or an event.
Pet policy: Maximum of 1 dog under 20 pounds allowed and must be over a year old. No cats. Host is highly allergic to cats. Well trained dogs only. Use of piddle pads is not accepted. Pet must be crated when left alone. Pet is not allowed on furniture, beds, linens, throw blankets, or throw pillows. No aggressive breeds allowed per our insurance. There is a fence for the yard. Non compliance to our pet policy will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund given. No visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously.
