Welcome to the Sun Spot!

Welcome to Sun Spot perfect for three couples or a small family. Part of a triplex, with a beautiful shared saltwater pool right out your back door! 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. Sun Spot is located just across the street from Indian River Marina and offers everything you need for your lake home away from home . . . fully-stocked kitchen for the cook, smart TV in the living room (bring your passwords), WiFi if you must check your email, and a slip for your boat. If you don't want to trailer your boat or don't own one, rent one from the marina so you can enjoy all 800+ miles of shoreline that the lake has to offer.

We have five total cottages. If this one isn't available, ask about the others! We hope you'll come for a visit. We know you will love it!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sun Spot! We met Cristy the first night and she was so welcoming. Our place was just the right size for our family and the pool was so nice. The convenience to the marina was the best part about it because the marina was one of the best on the lake. The food was great and the service was even better. I will definitely be back again!

Clean property steps from marina. Able to access property easily. Common pool was quiet and convenient for evenings back from the lake. Washer and dryer also helped immensely. Property was quiet and host answered quickly when prompted.

Convenient Location
Location is great & convenient. The couch & beds were comfy. We knew there was only 1 bathroom ahead of time but this was an issue when everyone was getting ready. No thermostat in unit allowing you to control AC. Side door doesn’t latch and had to continually remind kids to ensure it closed. This allowed several flies to enter. Believe we killed 4-5 and there will still more. No storage containers for leftovers so we improvised using pots. No baking sheets, cake/pie pans or casserole dishes. Only Cuisinart pots and pans which is a great set, but not ideal for eggs. Recommend bringing your own non stick pan, baking dishes & storage containers. Washer & dryer is not in the unit, it’s located outside in the hallway off the porch that leads to the pool. No lighting in the hallway & no outlets on the porch.
