There’s a sign in the lobby that states “No refund after check in”. Take heed fellow travelers. If I had the opportunity to see my room before checking in, I would have gladly taken a refund and tried my luck somewhere else. The carpet in the room I had was absolutely disgusting. It should have been replaced not weeks or months, but years ago. The bathroom sink faucet was “vintage” and needs to be replaced. Actually the entire room could use a makeover. I was surprised to learn this is a Choice Hotels property (at least that was on the bottom of the receipt). I’ve stayed in other Choice Hotels properties (Boise and St. George) and they were much better experiences.

First room we were put in, the ceiling started leaking over the toilet. Not sure if it was toilet water from the room above us, or leaky pipes or what. We were then moved into a room where the heat wasn’t working. Cold air is all it would blow, and the temperature outside was below freezing. The sheet and skinny blanket on the bed was not sufficient either. Didn’t want to move again…time was getting late in the night. ‘Free breakfast’ amounted to white bread, waffles, or fruit loops. Coffee and orange juice were the only good things. This property is getting completely rundown. We have stayed there in the past, but we won’t be staying there again!

The floor carpeting was so dirty I could not look at it. One of the towels was dirty, too. The hotel is shabby. Breakfast fruit offering was one banana and one apple. Cheaper to book straight with hotel than with Expedia. Wouldn't stay again. Nice staff.

There was dried blood on the carpet outside the bathroom, a guitar pick on the floor in the same area, the drywall was crumbling onto the carpet and the tv did not work well.. very staticky. Noise from the floor above very loud and it was very difficult to control the temperature in the room

Property is listed as a casino hotel but the casino is closed and torn up. There was a grown man at the desk that spoke minamal english and we were mostly cheked in by their working young teenage child. Their even younger daughter (maybe 10 ish) was also helping with hotel work when we went by laundry. Then insetead of putting us in a veiw room or something to compensate, they put me (in a wheelchair) on the 3rd floor facinv a wall of dirt. The room itself was satisfactory, however, with the casino being gone, now they dont have a resteraunt as advertized as well. So you have to drive to a different hotel to get food or any amenities or entertainment. Hotel is not as advertised. Dont recomend unless all you are looking for is a bed. They are the same price as the other hotels but with non of the amenities. Book one of the others in town. You will be happier.

Front desk staff very pleasant. Room was spacious and clean. Property looks to be renovating. Casino was closed. But we don’t use it anyway. Continental breakfast was offered for 7 AM but we left early so we did miss that. Will definitely stay again.

Walked into the room and it smelled sooo bad like marijuana. Had to leave the window open to try to air it out. Bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Was almost tempted to go sleep in my car instead.

I knew when I pulled into the parking lot and only seen 3 cars that this place was going to be a disaster. The first thing we noticed upon opening the door to our room was the large BB hole in the window that put a crack in the whole window along with torn screens. It had no blankets or comforters on the beds, just sheets. As I pulled the sheets off to check for bed bugs as I usually do in every hotel room, I noticed that the mattresses were cheap, thin and stained, gross! Then I pulled the bed back from the wall only to find bugs on the floor behind the head of the bed. NOPE!! I called the front desk asking for a refund. They said they would instead provide me a different room. Same thing. As I pullout out both beds from the second room, bugs! So they decided to give me one more room. I told them if I found bugs in the room, they were giving me a refund. Yep, I got a refund. The first two rooms didn't have carpet, but the third room did and lo and behold, the carpet was grossly stained as well. Oh and in the first room, the mini fridge was not cleaned well and the racks inside were broken. The breakfast place had caution tape around it so I'm assuming there wasn't any breakfast as stated in their ad. Anyway, I will never step foot in that place again and would NEVER recommend to anyone!
