"Ótima localização do hotel, somente atravessar a avenida a pé e estará na praia do Futuro, exatamente na Barraca CrocoBeach. Funcionários sempre simpáticos e solícitos. Possui estacionamento próprio, o serviço de cozinha é ótimo, tem pratos executivos que variam entre 26 e 54 reais mais ou menos. Tem menu kids que serve um adulto. Em frete ao hotel tem várias opções de barracas que vendem roupa de praia, tem uma farmácia muito perto e alguns mercadinhos para comprar o que vc precisa para sua viagem. Tem frigobar no quarto e camas bem confortáveis. Para quem ficar em quartos virados para a praia, terá apenas um pequeno incomodo em relação ao barulho externo, pq nos bares lá fora tem música ao vivo e ficam até 2/3h da madrugada. Como não tenho sono leve, não me incomodou. "

"The place was filthy, with bugs, broken furniture, dirty sheets and towels. I paid for 8 days but left on the first day. I had to pay for a different hotel. Tried to call and communicate with them. No answer. I went there twice but they said only Expedia could solve my problem. I have lots of pictures that I will be posting soon. It was very disappointing. Hope I would get my refund because I didn’t stay there and had to pay again at the other hotel. "

"This hotel is right at the shore at Praia do Futuro in Fortaleza. It is away from the main strip called BeiraMar, which makes it quieter. The hotel is older and the area is runned down. Basic, but works as a bargain place to stay."
