"Para começar. Quando chegamos ao hotel a reserva não havia sido confirmada pelo aplicativo hotéis. Com solicitamos apartamento com cama de casal e duas de solteiro. Como reserva não foi confirmada pelo aplicativo. Nos restou um apartamento com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro para acomodar 4 pessoas. ..."

"Não fui atendida, minha reserva não foi feita, fiquei sem quarto e tive que ir para outro Hotel mais caro e implorar para que adaptassem um quarto para mim pois não tinha quarto disponível em nenhum lugar. Não fui reembolsada. Achei uma falta de consideração e responsabilidade."
