This charming dike house is situated on a spacious plot of over 4,390m2 in the historic estate "Huis te Jaarsveld", overlooking the Lek River, the idyllic moat, and pastures with sheep and alpacas. Nature is abundant in Jaarsveld. The clattering of storks on the church (visible from the living room) in spring. White swans, black swans, herons, colourful woodpeckers, kingfishers, blackbirds, robins, greenfinches, swallows, flocks of starlings, owls, hawks, and much more! Long walks through the dreamy riverbanks. Apples from the orchard, delicious plums, and fresh vegetables from the vegetable garden. Peace, freedom, vast space, and a very special history of the estate.

The ground floor features a cosy kitchen at the back and two living areas at the front, all with beautiful rural views. The floor has a spacious landing, a bathroom with all amenities, and three spacious bedrooms. The house is located on the outskirts of the village of Jaarsveld, in the Green Heart of the Utrecht Province. Good connections to Utrecht (A2) and Rotterdam (A27/ A15) with Schoonhoven and IJsselstein are reachable in 10 minutes by car.
