Mr Asangha Perera and his team at the admin desk were very capable and attentive . He was in touch with us few days before our arrival , and since we were arriving late , took an order and made sure our dinner was delivered on our arrival . "

"Wunderschönes Haus abseits vom Tourismus-Trubel. Trotzdem sind alle Lebensnotwendigen Dinge problemlos zu Fuß oder gegeben falls in wenigen Minuten mit den supergünstigen Tucktuck´s zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht einem wirklich jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich für den Perfekten Urlaub. "

"We rented this property thinking that we were renting the whole house as advertised. It turns out that that this house is a hostel as per the sign out front and we were given one room. After some discussion with the owner we were given three rooms. The owner had not been paid by VRBO and I had paid VRBO one month ahead of time. I had to leave one day early as our filghts were cancelled due to the virus situation so did not use the last day. one of the chairs I was sitting on broke and I almost...

"One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management by owner and totally irresponsible behaviour. Please don't waste your money by looking at beautiful pics of the villa. Save your money for better stay. Even worst hotels will give better...

Great place to stay on first night in SL

"Great stay here on my first night in Sri Lanka. Really clean, modern, and everything you would expect from a hotel of this quality. It's also very close to Colombo Fort station which is useful if you are going to continue the trip by train! I didn't use the pool but had a drink there and it looks great - one note was that the service was quite slow! Breakfast options were vast. Would definitely stay here again. "

"An excellent choice for the last day and night of a two week trip in Sri Lanka. Got to the hotel hours before the check in time, and was given a room straight away. There are multiple restaurants to choose from for dinner. Dinner at Ocean was fab! Cocktails at the roof top bar were nice. And the afternoon by the pool was chilled. All the staff were friendly and very helpful."
