"Thai is a new hotel in excellent condition. There is air conditioning. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Bear Lake (Medve-to). The indoor spa is tastefully decorated and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"They are very rude and mad all the time. They have no understanding of what customer service is, we stayed one night and left. I come to Sovata 3-5 times a year and they won’t be seeing us again. Crystal Hotel is the best. "

"What a gem! Amazing accommodation, the food was to die for, and the staff was absolutely amazing! The lady who cooked and took care of us was so kind and friendly, she made us feel like home. I still think of her food... I miss it. "

"Awesome place to spend a few days. Nice room. Nice breakfast place. Good. Hard to close/lock the door to the room, employees lack hospitality experience - completely unprofessional reception/service. Neighbour with noisy machines and wood cutting tools in the garden kinda ruined the morning mood. Rather expensive for what they offer."
