The hotel was clean and well maintained, good size room with private hot water bath (not hot spring), there was also public and family spring bath and it is not crowded. It was an awesome stay. The night shift staff has a bit of difficulty to use English, but they always give help as far as possible. "

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is beautiful, overlooking the ocean and a rocky cove with clear water. The onsen was clean, with nice amenities and the same gorgeous views. "Amazing and beautiful hotel. We got the Mt.Fuji view but didn’t get to see it because it was cloudy and rainy when we stayed. The dinner was not what I had expected for the price we paid. But the breakfast buffet was worth it and much better! I will stay there again for the private onsen and golf course in the future. Shared public Amenties with the Marriott which we had no idea but good to know in the future. The shuttle bus was convenient. "
