"Lovely stay at this hotel. Excellent staff and lovely location. Big comfy clean rooms and just five minutes walk to the train station. Luggage storage after checkout available. Excellent spa facilities however steam room wasn't working when we visited. Would definitely stay here again. "

"It’s a fantastic hotel and very well maintained. The price is very reasonable. The lifts are so fast 11 floors up in no time. They let us book in well early (11 o’clock) as the room was ready which was excellent service as we only went to put our bags in!! The reception man went over and above to make us feel welcome. The food is plentiful and lots of choice you wouldn’t go hungry that’s for sure and it’s a fantastic 8 till 1:30 time slot, and to top it off you can have a early breakfast and go...

"Overall a Lovely Hotel with friendly staff. A lady at reception went to a lot of trouble to try get us a dentist on a Saturday unfortunately was unable to but did try her best. There was a mix up with our complementary drink which we didn't receive on check in so I mentioned it on check out and they offered a glass of prosecco. My only gripe was I would ask for a room with more natural light. Our room 204 although lovely was dark with one window that just looked out at concrete walls into a...

"Though a little walk from the city centre, it was worth it! Lovely areas to chill in, nice size suite with kitchen and breakfast of a morning. Really enjoyed my stay 😎"

"Due to its location, it’s in easy reach of centre, harbour and beach. The rooms are spacious and come with a balcony - which is lovely. The rooftop bar on the 15th floor provides wonderful views in all directions with a great selection of drinks. Staff are really friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is fantastic, the staff was so friendly, the food spread was delicious and variable. The breakfast was my favourite, fresh guacamole, amongst other things, was the best way to start the day! For those wanting to travel by bus there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. It takes about 40 minutes to get to the city centre. There is also a QR code listed at the stop which tells in how many minutes the bus will arrive at the stop, this is extremely handy for planning the departure time...

"We had the private room for 4 people, it was great although had no storage or hooks and was also tiny for 3 people. Cleanliness was good other than a pile of old hair in the shower. Also be warned that the bunk beds are hard to get into as the steps are very steep. Location is perfect, so close to everything but the hostel was still super quiet at night so this didn’t affect sleep. Overall a modern, attractive place to stay and great value for money "

"Lovely property but I was extremely disappointed when I arrived to find out the sky bar was closed until 2025, this was not communicated prior to our stay and was not stated anywhere on the hotel listing prior to booking. The skybar was one of the main things that attracted us to the hotel when looking and had we known it wouldn’t be open we may have reconsidered this. "

"The property itself is very good, not much shops around , besides a few restaurants along the cost and within 10 Minutes you go be in the main shops by the center of town - but definitely recommend for a nice place to stay "
