The location is excellent, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shopping options walking distance. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. A perfect spot for a pleasant stay in Izmir!

The hotel is located in a very quiet alley but not remote. It's easy to walk to center and museum.there are many convenience stores and restaurants near by .which are very convenient. The staff are also very nice and professional, and the rooms was clean and tidy. I strongly recommend if I come back Izmir I would staying here again .

Good Location, but Some Disappointments
This isn't a hotel; it's more of a hostel. The hostel has a central location, right by the train station and was very central, but the surrounding environment is in poor condition, with a strong smell of sewage. The hostel itself doesn’t have a restaurant or breakfast service. The room was fine—clean and relatively new, which was good. However, one other issue I faced was with the location listed on Hotels.com. It showed a place close to where I needed to go for a meeting, but on the day I received a message saying that the location shown on Google was wrong. The hostel was actually somewhere else, farther away. I was really confused as to why the wrong address was listed on hotells.com. I chose this place specifically because it was supposed to be near my meeting location. This hotel room had both a fridge and a kettle, with tea, coffee, and similar amenities available right in the room. It was small, but it had everything.

I recently stayed at this hotel for five nights, and unfortunately, the experience was not as expected. When I initially booked, I chose the hotel because of its medium budget and convenient location near the sea, according to Google Maps. However, just before my arrival, I received a message from the reception with a different address than the one listed on Google Maps. Upon arriving in Izmir, I headed to the new address they provided, but there was no hotel at that location. I tried contacting the hotel, but they didn’t respond right away, so I went to the original location shown on Google Maps—again, no luck finding the place. After wasting time and paying twice for Uber rides, I finally got a response from them via WhatsApp with the correct location. By this point, I had already spent around $37 on Uber rides due to the confusion. When I arrived at the hotel, they tried to explain the situation, but I wasn’t convinced. However, I decided not to escalate things because I didn’t want to ruin my vacation, and the staff couldn’t speak English fluently, making communication difficult. The room itself was very small, and while the hotel claimed to offer daily housekeeping, they only cleaned our room twice during our five-night stay. I also had to repeatedly go to the reception to ask for basic amenities like water, tea, and toilet paper. On a positive note, the staff were polite and treated us well, but overall, I chose this place for its location, and the misleading addres

Ganz gut soweit.
Wir waren zu zweit. Es gab dafür einen Aufpreis für das gleiche Zimmer um circa 50% was sich dann verglichen zu anderen hotels nicht ganz rechnete. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt und die Menschen auch immer freundlich. Es gab immer Tee. Und Wasser frei. Insgesamt für Lage und Preis also ganz gut.

Geçtiğimiz günlerde konakladığımız otel tam anlamıyla mükemmeldi! Her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş ve eksiksiz bir şekilde sunulmuştu. Öncelikle otel personelinin güler yüzlü ve samimi tavırları bizi fazlasıyla memnun etti. Resepsiyondan housekeeping ekibine kadar herkes inanılmaz yardımseverdi ve herhangi bir ihtiyacımız olduğunda anında çözüm bulmak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Böyle bir hizmet anlayışı gerçekten takdire şayan. Otelin odaları geniş, ferah ve son derece temizdi. İlk giriş yaptığımızda odanın mis gibi kokusu ve düzenli görünümü bizi etkiledi. Her detay, misafirlerin rahat etmesi için düşünülmüştü. Özellikle yataklar inanılmaz derecede rahattı. Yoğun geçen bir günün ardından konforlu bir şekilde dinlenebileceğimiz bu yataklar, tatilimizin en önemli parçalarından biri haline geldi. Çarşaflar tertemizdi ve yastıkların yumuşaklığı gerçekten mükemmeldi. Genel olarak otelin atmosferi oldukça huzurluydu. Hem hizmet kalitesi hem de sunduğu imkanlarla beklentilerimizin çok üzerinde bir deneyim yaşadık. Otel yönetimi ve çalışanlarına bu güzel deneyim için teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ediyoruz ve bir sonraki tatilimizde yine burada konaklamayı düşünüyoruz. Her şey için tekrar teşekkürler!

Konum iyi Alsancak Gara 200 metre. Oda temizliği tuvalet banyo temizliği çok iyi. Tv ve wifi var, internetten bir şeyler izleyebilirsiniz. Oda genel olarak küçük, tek problem bu. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Eğitim için gittiğim İzmir’de bir gece konaklama yaptım. Gayet temiz ve sıfır yapılmış bir butik otel. Konum olarak Alsancak’ta konak meydanına yüyüş mesafesinde sadece binanın yeri ara sokakta onun dışında gayet başarılı. Alsancak tramvay durağına 2 dk yürüyerek. Mini bar var. İkramlık su ve çay kahve var. Odalar biraz küçük tek eksik tarafı
