The hotel was clean and centrally located, though the area immediately around it was not very inviting for tourists. The staff were friendly and helpful. "Absolutely loved the Hot thermal waters. That is why I booked this hotel. They have 9 pools with temperatures ranging from 34 to 38 degrees Celsius. There is one big pool outside with fairly warm water and 8 pools indoors. Pools are open from 07:00 to 19:00 hours daily. Only thing was not happy with was the early closing for the pools. They could at least till 21:00 hours as I usually want to immerse myself before bed after a day of sight seeing and shopping! Spent a week there and it is walking...
