"Th location is great , easy to access shopping , eating and station . The hotel is really welcoming , the room is still kind small toward American’s stands . Overall i will recommend it to all the others and i will use it again ."

"The room was on the small side, but the amenities were great. The best of course was the onsen on the top floor. Very relaxing, with free ice cream in the evening and free probiotic drink in the morning. They also had free drinks (soda) in the afternoon in the restaurant, and a free half bowl of Ramen from 9:30 in the evening. This is a little bit of a walk from the station, but definitely top of my list when I go back. "

"The hotel was conveniently located steps away from the JR station. Morioka has no subway, so aside from the JR station, accessing other parts of the city requires walking, taxi or bus. The hotel is adjacent to many good dining options near the station, and is a 20-minute walk to Iwate Park. "Super amazing hotel. Slightly dated but very clean and family friendly. Important thing is a ski in ski out with great buffet dinner for food. We had snow crab legs free flow!!! "

"I missed checking in because I did not catch the shinkansen. Nevertheless, when I called to try to cancel, the lady at the other end of the line was extremely helpful and did her best to provide the best service. Although cancellation was not possible because it was done through Expedia (who by the way was not responsive at all), they offered to accommodate us the next morning to eat breakfast and stay in the room until checkout time st 11AM."
