Great pub // b&b
Our stay in this 14th century inn was a nice break. The food was good, evening meal and breakfast , great beers and a clean and tidy room. The hosts were excellent very friendly and helpful. If I came to Modbury again I would look stay here again

Lovely old Inn with friendly people
Can't fault this lovely place. Warm, traditional, cosy, clean, comfortable, great evening meal, excellent beer, really good breakfast and lovely, friendly hosts.

Great B&B, highly recommend.
It coulddn't have been better. Very friendly, good food, comfortable and surprisingly quiet room, excellent breakfast. met lovely people at breakfast and had a lovely time in Devon. It's close to all amenities, I would stay there again if I were in Modbury

Family meet up
Have stayed before while meeting up with family. Quirky rooms (nothing level) - to be expected in a property of this age - but very comfortable. Extremely hospitable and accommodating host - breakfasts - some of the best we've had. Parking fine if you're fit and well - might be more difficult if mobility impaired - also steep stairs to bedrooms. Would definitely stay again.

Historical building with great character
Charming oldy worldy inn on main road in centre of Modbury. Staff were really helpful & friendly. Food in pub & breakfast were great.
