"The homeowner (?) did not communicate once we arrived. At all, after several messages. There was an electrical outlet no longer connected to the wall with wires hanging into the room. There is not a working air conditioner like it states in the add. There was 1 fan, but there were 4 of us. My husband did t sleep because he was too hot, but we couldn’t open the windows because our son was bitten so many times. They were in a room that was very hot because of this. Pleasant Surprise
"After booking Hotel Europa last minute, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were exceptional at check in, breakfast & check out. The room comfortable and much bigger than expected. The bathroom was huge compared to other hotels and Air BnB places we have stayed in. The room was clean & comfortable. Our only issue was the air conditioner wasn't working to our expectations. My husband says if we need to stay in Biella again we have our place."
