The air mattress had a hole in it, they sent someone over right away to see if they could fix it. Unfortunately they weren't able to at that time. "This unit was double booked but the host reached out immediately on booking to get us into another. This gated row of units is fantastic! Very clean, well furnished and quiet. Beautiful backyard area, not fenced, with some cute little visitors (quail, rabbits, roadrunners, and lizards) so keep in mind if you are bringing a dog you'll need a leash and to keep an eye out for the critters. "This townhome is in a newish development in Santa Clara, and it's a nice place. The community facilities were great - the pool is fun (my teens loved the water slide) and we enjoyed the ping pong, arcade machine and pool table at the clubhouse. The house itself is clean, spacious and comfortable. But you can tell it's just an investment property for someone, because little thought seems to have been put into the details, other than to buy the cheapest items possible for certain things, like...
