25th year anniversary trip
Great spot in the desert! We enjoyed the pool, art village, and restaurant on site. Biking Snow canyon and the area around Ivins was the highlight. The condo was gorgeous and was only outdone by the surrounding views.

If you like a secluded quiet place this is it. The dark nights are incredible and the location is superb. Xetava is an excellent place to relax and enjoy a wonderful meal. We will be back for sure!

Great location right in the Kayenta Art Center yet secluded and very quiet. Perfect set-up for two people with hiking and biking right out the front door and the Xeteva Cafe a two minute walk away. No traffic and no crowds.

This casita has amazing views from every window! It is outfitted with everything you need for a great getaway. Thoroughly enjoyed the soaking tub after a long run. Also, definitely check out Xetava restaurant within walking distance!

Wonderful 1 bedroom Casita in Kayenta

This is my 3rd time staying at this beautiful casita and can't wait until I return again. Coyote Casita is warm and welcoming with spectacular views located in the wonderful Kayenta art village. My pup and I enjoyed walking the beautiful surroundings and hiking Pa`rus trail at Zion national park. Sally is a warm and gracious host who greeted us upon our arrival and was available for anything we might need.

Exquisite Kayanta Getaway
Beautiful one bedroom casita in Kayenta with stunning views of red rocks. Enjoy quail and roadrunner on your private patio. Designer decorated interior with full kitchen. Just a moments walk from the arts shops and Xetava Cafe. Very peaceful.

Comfortable and quiet
The casita is located in the "Art Village" of Kayenta - basically, the village center. Nevertheless, it feels removed from the activity nearby. The view from the back windows is spectacular, and the patio is a great place to relax and enjoy it. The casita is well appointed and well maintained.

pristine and serene!
This location is beyond peaceful. There is no light or noise pollution whatsoever. In fact, the silence is profound. The Coyote Casita is beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. The view from the huge windows in the casita is gorgeous. We woke up every morning to enjoy our coffee on the patio and watch the sun rise over the red cliffs. The casita is right next door to the Xetava restaurant and the art shops and spa. Although the kitchen in the casita is perfect for cooking, we walked to the Xetava daily, because the food is amazing. All locally sourced, organic, unique, and delicious. We enjoyed cycling and hiking both right in the Kayenta community and in Snow Canyon State park, which is only a few miles away. Swimming and yoga are right next door as well. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! Thank you to Sally and Patrick for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. We will be back!!!

Kayenta Jewel
Our week in the Coyote Casita was more than serene; it was spiritual. The focus on the environment, the arts and galleries, the Red Cliffs, the Desert Rose Labyrinth, the café only steps away all combined for a total immersion experience of wonder. As an outdoor couple, we relished all that Kayenta had to offer. The casita is beautifully designed with high end finishes and the pictures and descriptions are accurate. The property manager was responsive and in close proximity for any questions or needs. Why not a 5-Star Review? Because, although the unit is fitted with high-end appliances and finishes and decorative details, it was not 5-Star clean. After speaking with the owner we are confident the situation will be improved for future renters. In addition, the cupboards lack basic items one would expect in a VRBO rental with a 'full kitchen' such as salt/pepper, Kleenex tissues, covered storage bowls, some cooking utensils. That said, the welcome binder was complete, the entertainment center had a plethora of channels and the brochures and maps were very helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend the Coyote Casita to others and are confident that with a few changes and attention to details, this would be a 5 Star rental property in our book.

Beautiful casita in beautiful setting
There is nothing negative to say about this place, only that there was a lack of communication with the host. So far with vacation rentals I have always received the address and instructions the day before in an email. In this case I texted the hostess twice without a reply and finally called. I was explained a few things over the phone which were hard to understand and asked to get a text with the information. That didn’t happen. When I arrived at the address that I thought I had been given I called the hostess again and she explained in a complicated way where my entrance was. It would have been so much easier for her and for myself if she had come out and showed me around. I didn’t see the hosts in these 5 days a single time and honestly felt unwelcome. There is a folder with information on a shelf on a side table in the living room which is helpful but if she had pointed that out to me I could have avoided calling her several times as well as parking in the wrong place which turned into a somewhat unpleasant encounter with her son who needed to get in his garage.

Amazing location and views!
This casita is gorgeous. It is surprisingly spacious, comfortable, beautiful, with walls of windows looking out to the bedrock backdrop of the unique Kayenta community. Walk across the street to art shops, Xetava restaurant, bar, and salon. This is a wonderful venue for hiking, cycling, or just enjoying the view. The hosts are welcoming and and wonderful people.
