Located at Ocotillo Springs Resort #31 in Santa Clara, Utah this home is a window to the dramatic red mountain landscapes which created state and national parks like Snow Canyon and Zion National Park. Only minutes to Tuacahn Broadway Theater and Kayenta Art Village.

Ocotillo Springs Resort includes a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, water slide, clubhouse and pickle ball courts. This five bedroom, six bathroom home is a resort unto itself. It features a private swimming pool, hot tub spa, and fire pit, and the best lot and location in the development. Perhaps the best feature is the unobstructed northern views, which feel so close you can touch them. Expansive windows bring the red mountains inside, truly elevating the experience. Or even better, sitting on the shaded balcony provides a panorama unequaled in the area.

This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

**Note about the Construction noise: The development across the street to the north outside of Ocotillo Resort is currently under construction. Please plan accordingly with construction noise. No refunds or cancellations will be given for this inconvenience, as it is out of our control.

Perfect little getaway spot. Bedrooms were large as were the bathrooms. The private pool was very nice to have as well as access to the larger community pool. We loved our stay and will look to stay again next year!

Fun in the Sun
This was a great house for a large family gathering. They are truly set up for it. The location was excellent and the facilities very accommodating. We loved the pool in the backyard as well as at the clubhouse. We had a few minor issues that we were addressed on the spot by the property management company. All in all, a great experience.

Great property stacked with everything you will need! Clean and the team was responsive. Close to hikes and food places! Beautiful views. The pool was such a great temp we could stay in there for hours. Don’t plan on lap swimming, but it is like the size of a swim spa. :)

Great place to enjoy family
Great set up to keep everyone busy and happy. Great room set up for different situations, and enough to do at the home without going anywhere. If you like to golf or ride bikes it’s location is ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Perfect for a family getaway
The property was perfect for a big group of all ages. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The private pool and hot tub topped it off. Great location! Convenient for hiking and biking, close to a grocery store, all things in St. George, and a hop away from Mesquite. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was our second time at this property and it was clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and places to eat. The pool and hot tub were just the right temp. (the code given for the pool cover was not correct, but I lucked out on guessing the correct one.) We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Little Get A Way
The property was perfect, the bedroom and bathroom set up worked excellent for my family. The pool was amazing for a nice little get a way were we could relax yet the kids could play were we could keep a close eye on them. We will defiantly be staying in this unit again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The heated pool and spa were not heated when we arrived but within the hour they had a technician ( Mitch who was awesome ) come and set them up. The unit was awesome clean and huge Comfortable beds topped off the experience. Would definitely be a return customer. Awesome Retreat place!
We had a group of 15 and this place worked out really well. It was clean. The pool was small, but was great for small groups. The community pool was big and had plenty of room for all of us. This place was very clean and well stocked. Thank you for a wonderful location!

We had a great time on our girls trip with 20 of us! Pooled turned into big hot tub by turning up the heat and it was great! We loved the space we had and amount of bathrooms. I wouldn’t sleep 24 at the house - 18 would be a more comfortable able number I think. Loved the big table and outdoor patios to hang out! Thanks!
