Located at Ocotillo Springs Resort #31 in Santa Clara, Utah this home is a window to the dramatic red mountain landscapes which created state and national parks like Snow Canyon and Zion National Park. Only minutes to Tuacahn Broadway Theater and Kayenta Art Village.

Ocotillo Springs Resort includes a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, water slide, clubhouse and pickle ball courts. This five bedroom, six bathroom home is a resort unto itself. It features a private swimming pool, hot tub spa, and fire pit, and the best lot and location in the development. Perhaps the best feature is the unobstructed northern views, which feel so close you can touch them. Expansive windows bring the red mountains inside, truly elevating the experience. Or even better, sitting on the shaded balcony provides a panorama unequaled in the area.

This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

**Note about the Construction noise: The development across the street to the north outside of Ocotillo Resort is currently under construction. Please plan accordingly with construction noise. No refunds or cancellations will be given for this inconvenience, as it is out of our control.

Perfect little getaway spot. Bedrooms were large as were the bathrooms. The private pool was very nice to have as well as access to the larger community pool. We loved our stay and will look to stay again next year!

This was a great house for a large family gathering. They are truly set up for it. The location was excellent and the facilities very accommodating. We loved the pool in the backyard as well as at the clubhouse. We had a few minor issues that we were addressed on the spot by the property management company. All in all, a great experience.

Great rental in a great location!
Great property stacked with everything you will need! Clean and the team was responsive. Close to hikes and food places! Beautiful views. The pool was such a great temp we could stay in there for hours. Don’t plan on lap swimming, but it is like the size of a swim spa. :)

The unit was awesome clean and huge Comfortable beds topped off the experience. Would definitely be a return customer. Good Time
We had a very nice time. The house was perfect for our group. It was well stocked and overall clean. The outside was quite dusty. The heated pool and hot tub were well used. The pool was a little smaller than I thought it would be I don’t know if we would have used it as much in the summer. We did not use the community pool it was too cold and the one time we tried to use the pickle ball courts they were all in use. Check in was a little difficult as NONE of the codes emailed to me were correct so I had to call to get the correct code for the front door and the pool cover, but it didn’t take too long. Overall i would recommend this vacation home. It was roomy and comfortable.

Great set up to keep everyone busy and happy. Great room set up for different situations, and enough to do at the home without going anywhere. If you like to golf or ride bikes it’s location is ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Weekend Family Getaway
Property was new, clean and accommodated our family nicely. Convenient location close to Tuacahn Outdoor Theatre. We drove 45 mins to to do the Kanarra Falls hike with many grocery stores and restaurants to choose from. My biggest complaint was no BBQ grill as pictured and stated in picture. Last review before us even stated that and I reached out to the host concerning this as well as having a full propane tank. They assured me it would be checked. After driving many hours and thinking we could BBQ we were unable to and was not delivered in the 2 hour time frame as promised. He did show up eventually at 9pm clearly after dinner time and the bottom was missing. If you are gonna BBQ all your drippings will end up all over the concrete slab. Air filters and vents were filthy. Pool could have been vacuumed and patio hosed off since it was very dusty. Other than that, the place has ample space. The pool is tiny with automated cover. Hot tub panel is inside the home. All codes provided worked unlike some previous reviews. Traditional coffee maker, toaster, pots, baking sheets, bbq accessories, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses. Paper towels provided. Ping pong table and pool accessories are in the garage but if you want to play pickle ball you’ll need to bring your own paddles and ball. Duplex close to community pool, pickle ball courts and club room with pool table. This community is pretty much all rentals and is a popular destination. Beautiful Mountain View’s for now.

Great House.
This was our second time at this property and it was clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and places to eat. The pool and hot tub were just the right temp. (the code given for the pool cover was not correct, but I lucked out on guessing the correct one.) We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a family getaway
The property was perfect for a big group of all ages. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The private pool and hot tub topped it off. Great location! Perfect Little Get A Way

Making Memories......We never new we were making MEMORIES, we just thought that we were having fun.
We had a great time at Ocotilla Resort in #31. This place is beautiful, with lots of extras and we loved the private pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts. It was located close to a grocery store, eating places and fun activities close by. There are enough activities at the resort, that you don't need to leave. However, we were able to go to the Anasazi Petroglyphs, which made for a fun activity. We will definitely stay here again. THANK YOU!

We loved our stay at this property. Usually when a listing says heated pool it still is very cold. Not here. The pool was warm and my kids and grandson spent lots of hours there. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We stayed up playing games on the large kitchen table! My only complaint was that the area around the pool and in the front yard had trash around it. I know it had been windy so maybe that was the problem. It was bothering me so I cleaned it up. Other then that we would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic weekend
We stayed 2 nights and waited til sat morning to be able to use the hot tub. The pool wasn't heated, but the hot tub was after a 20 minute fix and 20 minute heat. Beautiful area and friendly neighborhood. We did lots of hiking in snow canyon and had a nice BBQ. Plenty of seating and sleeping. Our questions and requests were all answered and acted on. Will stay again!

Poor internet, bad property management, tiny pool, hard beds, excellent location
We arrived at 8pm after driving 5 hours to find the rental was still being cleaned when our check in was supposed to be ready anytime after 4pm. The cleaners told us we had to wait another hour. After we sat in the car, we finally got in at 9. We called the rental property place to only leave a message that was never returned. The “private pool” is ridiculously miniature and the beds seemed new but we’re so hard our back hurt the following days - and my back never hurts. We left a second message for the property management company the following morning with their “answering service” to again, never receive a response. A third call and again, nothing. Utah’s Best Vacation Rentals is a non-responsive joke. Whoever owns the property did a great job of making it lovely. The location and view is perfect. There internet sucks - really bad. My hubby and I were there for a work retreat and it really cramped our ability to be responsive and efficient. Zoom calls we’re a nightmare. The owners should ditch their management and get pillow tops for all the beds, fix internet issues and then this place would get my 4 stars - if they were real about the pool size. The pics make the pool look bigger than reality. I’m a non- complainer, but I feel like I should warn future guests. Sorry.
