This listing is for the main house which consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and two washers/dryers. Many homes in this neighborhood have back yards that face the street so it less private with more noise. The backyard of this house faces the red rock mountain, so you get a great view without the noise. Also, this is one of the only homes in the community with a misting system on the back patio to keep you cool during the hot summer months.

There are 2 entrances to this unit. The front door is on the left (west) side of the house, but you'll need to walk past one door on your way to the front door. The other entrance is on the east (right side) of the house by the gate. This door leads directly into the primary bedroom.
Make yourself at home! Please keep vehicles out of the garage, but feel free to store bikes and other gear in there.

There is guest parking throughout the neighborhood, no permits are required. The spa/pool and gym areas are an easy walk towards the east side of the community, the key fob to the pool is in the house. The pickleball courts are located at the southeast end, and the code to the pickleball court is C3626.
