The Gathering Place sleeps 16 in comfortable beds, no air beds, futons or sofa beds. You will get a good night’s sleep!

All bedrooms have an adjoining private bathroom, premium blinds, blackout curtains and Dish TV with premium cable and streaming apps including Netflix.

Gather in the main living room and enjoy visiting or watching TV on the 65" screen.

Gather in the backyard to enjoy your own backyard hot tub away from the crowds and under the stars. Grill on the large gas BBQ and serve your outdoor meals with seating for 6.

Gather in the large upstairs family room. This is a kid's paradise! They can enjoy the climbing wall and sleep in the triple bunk beds. Sleeps 6. All can enjoy watching TV or playing X Box with online games while relaxing on the comfy reclining sofa, love seat and chair.
Gather on the 20’ by 20’ upstairs deck to sit by the gas fire pit and enjoy the spectacular red rock views.

Gather in the garage for a ping pong tournament.

Enjoy a well-supplied kitchen with service for 32, large cooking pots, griddles, Belgian waffle maker, etc. Plenty of cupboard and counter space along with oven, microwave, and large fridge makes meal preparation a breeze.

The laundry room not only has a full-size washer and dryer, but also 16 over-sized beach towels hang there for your use at the pool and private hot tub.

Enjoy the main floor Paris bedroom with a king size bed, private bath with dual sinks, walk-in shower and separate soaker tub.

This house was perfect for our family . We will definitely stay here again. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook. Water park was within walking distance however, the little ones were to tired after swimming and playing in the sun to walk back.

Beautiful home
This home was perfect for our stay, we loved the nice big balcony with fire pit, kids enjoyed there room. The home is very spacious, perfect for a large group. The pools are just a short walk away.

Gathering place was a great place to gather.
We had a great vacation. Adult children and grandchildren. (9,7,and 5) We love the pools at Paradise Village and the deck at this unit at sunset was beautiful. (Late September stay). We cooked everyday and found the kitchen well stocked and clean.

The property is beautiful and clean, in a nice community. There are many fun things to do from the pools to walking and seeing the sights. Very safe neighborhood and the walk to the red mountains is breathtaking. Laura is a wonderful host and made sure everything was clean and nice. Really great property!
The check in was seamless. The house was everything the listing said it was going to be. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The amenities were short walking distance. Fun for all ages. All the appliances worked perfect didn't have any reason to contact the host because everything was great. Definitely will be staying here again when we go to St George.

It was Perfect!
This is a wonderful VRBO! Large house very clean, excellent location and neighborhood. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Just a wonderful experience. We loved the hot tub and ping pong. Our older kids loved going to the pool and the younger kids loved the triple bunk beds. Santa Clara is a smaller community minutes from St George. Would absolutely go back! No complaints at all.

Family Christmas Gift
We rented this place for a Christmas gift for our family. We wanted a chance to be together in one place. It was the perfect spot. Lovely neighborhood, clean, spacious bedrooms with attached baths so we could all have our privacy but still be in the same house. Kids space was perfect for the young gamers in the family. They loved the triple bunk beds and being together with their cousins in the big game room area. The hot tub was a nice treat. Roomy kitchen and enough space to eat together. We would absolutely come here again!

Almost perfect
The Property was great for us for our organizational retreat. The grill was covered in grease from previous guests so when we used it, it resulted in a grease fire, we cleaned it after. The only complain we have is there was no cleaning list or expectation of whether we needed to strip the beds or how it needed to be left besides clean.

When we got to the property 2 hours after check in, the house was in the middle of being cleaned with no one to be found. Laura was prompt at texting back, found the cleaners and paid for our dinner to get us out of the cleaners’ hair. It’s difficult managing vacation rentals and Laura made it right! Perfect house for a big family, we really loved the bunk beds in the second living room. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, beds were comfy, 2 fridges helped a ton! My only complaint is the floors could have been made a little cleaner - all of our feet were black.

Most desired place for Tuachan. Wish we had more time.
Renting this home was exactly what we needed for our two day Tuachan adventure. We wish we had more time to just hang out and spend time at the pools. The flexibility of allowing part of our family join us on their way through town made this even more desirable and financially feasible for all. Love it and love the communication of the owner. Bicycle built for two made a hit with me going on a bike ride with my older sister; ages 59 & 74. That was a lot of fun. Thank you.

We had a great time at the Gathering Place. Location is great. However This property is tired. The climbing wall is very dirty and the mats that are suppose to go under it are also very dirty. The high chair was disgusting! We had to scrap it with a knife to clean it so our grandchild could sit in it. There were cobwebs in the corners! Our socks were black from walking in the place. The location and the set up of the place is fantastic! We all just felt that a little more attention to cleanliness detail would make it an even better experience. That said we had a great time!

Excellent property. Superbly managed.
Our family has stayed in many rental properties over the past decade. This is one of the best experiences we have had. The property is brand-new and squeaky clean. The beds are excellent and the interior design is tastefully done in a comfortable, but not over the top way. Management has gone out of their way to supply many extras including games for the kids, a tandem bike, scooters, and special towels for the pool. Everything was very organized and comfortable. The contract was easy and management was readily available when we needed them for some last minute instructions. The neighborhood is very nice. The pool area was busy but not unreasonably so. We highly recommend this property and plan to take our family back again soon.

Great time but Had some issues
The community area was wonderful; the pool, pickle ball courts was great! We loved having the basketball contest in the garage, and the hot tub in the back. When we arrived though it wasn’t ready for us to check in. We had to wait for a new refrigerator to be delivered and then we didn’t have a working ice maker at all while we were there. We couldn’t get our WiFi connected unless you had 5G. And the owner didn’t help to get those things fixed. Our babies legs and knees, and our feet were black from the carpets when crawling and walking barefoot. We had a great time, but there were definitely some issues.

Great vacation awesome resort!
We every much enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful home! The several pool options were quite the hit with our group! We had more than enough space for two families 11 people total. The kids loved the rock climbing wall and bunk beds especially. Loved the large dining table! Also was very helpful to have so many pool toy and float devises to use while there. The owners were very helpful fixing the Netflix login issue we had so the kids were able to use it! Thank you! A couple frustrating issues was the fact that it specifically stated they had dvd players in every room so we had planned to use those and they actually didn't have any. Also, we were hoping the kids would get to play the Wii u video game stuff since we don't normally have that at home either, but it wasn't functioning. I tried to talk to the owner about it, but he didn't seem to understand what i was saying so we just didn't get to use it. It was ok without it, but we really had wished there would be a few other things the kids could do there at the house instead of constantly needing to take them to the pools for entertainment. All in all, it was a great and comfortable vacation! Thank you!

Fantastic Vacation Home!
We loved everything about "The Gathering Place" in Santa Clara! The pool amenities were incredible, seriously the little kid water park by the lazy river was like one that you would pay to go to with multiple water slides for kids of all sizes. My son with Dow Syndrome had the best day ever there and he's often grumpy. I thought it would be so crazy with so many people Easter weekend, but there were always lounge chairs and space for us too. Now back to the house. There were only 10 of us and the house sleeps 16 in beds, if some of your peeps are small. There are 2 triple bunk beds in the family room which if you're not a child, you can't sit up in as they are stacked close together, but we only needed one of those beds for our group and for little cousins it would be the greatest. All the beds were comfortable, we had couples in all the bedrooms and everyone loved their accommodations. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit up on the balcony for hours of fun conversation. 6 bathrooms was so perfect with all the swimming, showering and changing. We had a few Mario competitions which were fun for those of us who grew up in the Nintendo years. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking, I was even able to boil 24 eggs in a large pot, which most rentals never have bigger than average cooking pots, so that was great, since it was Easter. Everyone loved the house, can't think of any complaints, there was even paprika in the cupboard for deviled eggs! One super, tiny issue was no hangers in the closets for the Easter dresses, but it's hardly worth mentioning. We would love to come back and do it again next year! Truly the perfect trip! Thanks so much!
