"If you have an early morning flight out of Vienna - this is the best place to stay! We had an early morning flight out of Vienna and opted to stay here. It is a basic hotel but the beds are comfortable and the shower is nice and the bathroom is updated. Everything was clean. If you're looking for great customer service, room service etc. This is not the hotel for you. "In general, a good hotel and attentive and friendly staff. However, after I pointed out to the concierge early morning that the coffee machine in the room was inoperative, the concierge shrugged his arms and told me in an utterly indifferent manner to purchase coffee in the restaurant - despite the fact that I had paid for an upgraded room at check-in."

"Quick and easy checkin. Nice, reasonably sized room, bathroom with a tub. Good location, walkable to almost everywhere within the city and if not, there is public transport. It was quiet while there, but there is a big construction going on so I can imagine it can get worse."

"What a great group of people work at this hotel. Every member of staff were so friendly and helpful throughout. No rush at the end of breakfast service and even delivered Prosecco to our room on New Year’s Eve and provided free drinks in the roof at midnight. It’s also brilliantly located for the calling to Bratislava old town and castle all just minutes away. Would highly recommend and we will be back. "

"The Apollo Hotel is situated in a very good area if you like travelling. It is a 15 minute Uber away from the airport and an 8 minute walk away from the Nivy Shopping centre, which houses the main bus station underground. From there we travelled into both Hungry and Austria with ease. The Hotel itself is very well presented with 24 hour reception. The rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided. "I really enjoyed staying here and loved soaking in the tub after a long cold day sightseeing. It’s in a great location and the staff were so helpful. I asked them to print my train ticket and they put it in a neat little page protector. Sometimes it’s the little things that make your day! "

"The hotel is literally advertised as sound proofed but upon checking in I could clearly hear a guy next door hacking coughing and I would not be able to sleep through that so luckily I was able to change my room after the first 10 minutes. The room is quite small for how grand the lobby is. The front desk people seem very curt and not friendly, maybe that’s the culture.
