Excelente estadia! A equipe de recreação tem ótimo conhecimento ecológico e biológico, apresentando uma forma muito bacana de aprendizado a todos (adultos e crianças). Todos os colaboradores muito atentos às necessidades e, em especial, à Tais que fez uma real diferença em nossas necessidades de alimentação. Apenas como comentário não tão positivo, entendo que os horários de alimentação são muito tardes em relação ao regular.

Hotel confortável, com colaboradores atenciosos e corteses e com instalações bastante agradáveis. Refeições fartas e saborosas, que acredito agradar os diversos paladares. O único ponto negativo foi que no dia de sair tive que pedir um conjunto de banho, pois nos 3 dias que fiquei o referido conjunto não foi reposto nenhum dia.

Hotel precisa de melhorias.
Check-in precisa ser melhorado. Cheguei por volta das 21h, com 3 crianças, e o funcionário do hotel meramente me indicou onde eu deveria estacionar. Nada além disso. Parei no estacionamento indicado, que ficava a uma certa distância do meu chalé, e tive que fazer 4 "viagens" do carro até o chalé, na completa escuridão, sem qualquer ajuda do hotel, para poder descarregar as bagagens. No dia seguinte de manhã descobri que poderia ter entrado com o carro para facilitar esse processo - e parado posteriormente no estacionamento. Claramente falta treinamento aos funcionários desse período e maior atenção aos hóspedes. A qualidade do serviço do restaurante também merece ressalvas. O serviço é ruim, especialmente se você está hospedado com crianças e precisa de mais facilidade e agilidade. Colocaram-me em uma mesa bem distante do buffet, em um salão no qual havia somente mais uma mesa. Além da distância, o ambiente não era agradável (como é o salão principal). Os garçons circulavam pouco por ali, pois quase todos os hóspedes estavam em outros salões, mais próximos ao buffet. Pedi um omelete no café da manhã que levou meia hora para ficar pronto (depois de alguma insistência da minha parte). E no almoço do segundo dia fiquei esperando por uma carne no buffet. Pediram para eu aguardar por uns 10 minutos, o que eu fiz. A carne chegou dentro do tempo informado, mas me informaram que o molho ainda demoraria de 20 a 30 minutos. Não há reposição de talheres de sobremesa. Não vale o preço.

Muito bom!
A fazenda é linda, os chalés são pequenos, mas confortáveis, a comida incrível! Viajamos com bebê de 1 ano e foi muito bom. Os funcionários são bastante atenciosos, única ressalva foi o atendimento no restaurante, que às vezes deixou a desejar.

Hotel excelente para passar fim de semana com familia com criancas pequenas porem reformas manutencoes sao necessarias em diversos locais como parquinho, brinquedoteca e alguns quartos mais antigos. Alem disso, o hotel poderia rever os horarios das refeicoes que é muito tarde para bebes e criancas pequenas.
