"They didn’t know we were coming. Ran in to make beds and leave two bottles of water. No heat, no TV…absolutely not as advertised, but charged beyond full price when we asked to leave. Terrible experience with absolutely no one on site to communicate with."

"The We had a good experience with the stay however I didn’t realise (my own fault for not reading the listing properly) that you have to pay an additional fee for the spa and sauna use. We did pay an additional fee per person, per day which we thought was pretty expensive and on the second day we paid the spa was cold so we couldn’t really use it. Apart from this the property was beautiful and big for the kids to run around."

"This is a spectacular property set amid a gorgeous setting if olive, almond, quince and fig trees. We travelled with a group if 6 and everyone was very comfortable. The pool was great. We didn't realize it was a bit far from town and groceries but we were happy. The property manager Maria was great."

"Our family of 4 stayed for 6 nights in this gorgeous villa. It had everything we needed. We used the jacuzzi every night and would have used the lovely pool more but we spent so much time touring around the beautiful surrounding countryside that we ran out of time. The place was clean and well equipped. Saverio was a very helpful host. Highly recommended!!"

"The place was amazing. It was so clean and updated that it seemed we were the first renters. The local town Cisternino is great and a 20 minute walk or 4 minute drive. Our hosts were helpful despite our language barriers-thank you google translate. The property had fresh cherries and was serene. We loved our stay and would recommend it to others!"

"Overall we had a fantastic stay at this quiet and well equipped trullo. It is slightly further from the town center than indicated and about a half hour drive from a great beach. The two bedrooms are not separate but rather one big room divided by a curtain, which may be a factor for some."

"The villa was all that we required… clean and plenty of space for four family groups. Beautiful pool area. The outdoor dining space was perfect for family breakfasts and dinners in the tranquil evenings. Flinnie, our breakfast chef, was amazing and wonderful arriving every morning with fresh bread and fruit and setting up and serving breakfast . It was a perfect start to the day. "Il trullo è molto bello e nel centro di alberobello. Tutte le attrazioni si visitano a piedi e la massima distanza è il trullo sovrano a 10 minuti a piedi. La stanza aveva anche un giardino interno molto carino che da sul panorama. La colazione accettabile con possibilità di dolce e salato. Il signore al check in è stato molto gentile e ci ha fornito diverse informazioni su dove mangiare e sui musei. Unico punto negativo: la tassa di soggiornio deve essere pagata cash e non con carta. Peccato...
