Todos os itens da casa sĆ£o novos e muito bem pesados. O kit praia ajudou muito, inclusive com rodinha pra levar Ć  praia. A casa Ć© muito aconchegante, desde as camas que sĆ£o super confortĆ”veis, a TV com streamings e jogos, a cozinha bem equipada... E a piscina que Ć© bem privativa. A comunicaĆ§Ć£o foi super fĆ”cil, o DemĆ©trio responde rĆ”pido e sempre de forma clara, ajudou sempre que foi necessĆ”rio. Enfim, achei um excelente custo benefĆ­cio, Ć© segunda hospedagem lĆ” e voltarei mais vezes. Recomendo
