"Great stay and very close to the shops of Monte Verde. I would highly recommend. The receptionist (I met 3) were all very nice and helpful. The room itself was clean and the grounds were well-kept. - Wifi worked well - Hot water and shower worked well - Fireplace in the room was great (although I would move the rug in front of it when lit because embers pop out of it) My only con was the dog they have on the premise which tried to attack me TWICE! "The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I was able to explore the area easily and enjoy all that it had to offer. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I could need for a relaxing stay. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable, from providing recommendations for things to do in the area to making sure that all of my needs were met."
