This is probably one of the best hotels in Itacare. My suite was spacious and comfortable - the bed and pillows especially. Breakfast options are limited but still good for vegetarians (and abundant for meat/fish eaters). The beach access is very convenient, albeit the allocated beach space isn't that big. In high season it could feel cramped. Overall great, EXCEPT that I didnt have hot water in my room for the first two days of my stay despite reporting this to the reception desk a number of times. Perhaps something fell down in translation but I thought they promised to send someone to fix it each time I spoke to them only for no action/repair to be taken. Eventually the repair man came back to my room directly with me on my last reception visit. The issue was fixed in less than 10 minutes which made it all the more frustrating that it hadnt been fixed sooner

Boa estadia…
Pousada bem localizada e de qualidade. Quartos limpos. Funcionários na sua grande maioria educados, com raras excessões (segurança que ficava na área do restaurante e próximo à praia que se demonstrou rude e inconveniente para com alguns hóspedes e comigo em algumas vezes). Dependências do hotel sempre bem limpas, o que não se aplica à praia : suja e com bastante lixo principalmente na área do farol (pedras)… Saliento que a presença de lixo é comum em outras praias da qual visitamos também na região de Itacaré. Área da piscina do hotel muito confortável, sempre atendida por funcionários educados.

Apesar de oferecer conforto e uma localização privilegiada, o hotel apresenta falhas significativas que comprometem a experiência dos hóspedes. A segurança é uma das principais preocupações, com falta de controle no acesso às áreas comuns, permitindo que não hóspedes utilizem as instalações, o que gera desconforto e risco. Além disso, a cobrança pela perda de pulseiras, especialmente devido à sua fragilidade, é vista como inadequada e pouco prática. Problemas de manutenção também foram evidentes, como fechaduras defeituosas, torneiras quebradas, blackouts fora do lugar e demora na água quente, indicando necessidade de maior atenção à conservação das acomodações. Esses pontos exigem melhorias para que o hotel alcance seu pleno potencial.

Lindo lugar!
O espaço do hotel é lindo, paisagismo muito no capricho, uma praia maravilhosa praticamente do hotel, o restaurante e o café da manhã são excelentes! O único ponto negativo foi a limpeza no quarto, achei pouco caprichada e por ser um lugar de praia, demandava uma atenção maior, mas não tirou o brilho do período delicioso que passamos lá. Voltaremos com certeza!
