"All positive, except: Had a North Indian thali meal at the Tamarind restaurant that I thought was great, but exorbitantly expensive and really had two much food. Would have liked the staff to have suggested sharing that meal with my wife."

Each and every member when meeting always greeted with namaste. Food was exceptional. The service is amazing. The rooms are huge and well kept . Everything is exceptionally clean. Dipankar in concierge was helpful in arranging our trip to Mysore. Had a very pleasant visit. They also arranged a free pick up from airport one way, when departing also had a representative to help with baggage and going through security. Gift from Shuhasi introduced us to a fragrance we were not familiar with. Kumud & Nilgiri incense sticks made from flowers, scent is authentic and heavenly. Was honoured to take part and light The Leela’s traditional lamp lighting ritual. "
