Considering the excellent hospitality of the staff and their fluency in English, I would rate the hotel as a 5-star establishment. While it may not be a luxurious hotel, you are treated like royalty. Like any other hotel, it has a few minor deficiencies, but nothing major. In my case, the only significant issue was the poor quality of the internet.

I had an amazing experience at Zeyn Hotel in Istanbul! The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to major attractions yet in a peaceful area, offering the best of both worlds. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to start the day right. I highly recommend Zeyn Hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul. It’s a hidden gem with fantastic service and great value for money! I’ll definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed here about 4 days ago and I cant speak highly enough of the service from the staff. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we both had a great time. We would happily stay here again and will be recommending it to all of our friends.

We had an amazing stay at Zeyn Otel. We stayed for 9 nights, and the staff were always available to help with any questions or concerns we had. Fareed was particularly nice and helpful when we checked in(providing help taking our luggage etc) and he even gave us welcome gifts. There were other managers (can’t remember their names) that were just as amazing. Provided us local suggestions, chocolates etc. Thank you. Our room was comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit tight, but I guess that's typical of many hotels in Istanbul. The daily cleaning service, which included fresh towels and water, was just amazing. The breakfast was okay, with not many options, but it was still good. Again, the staff at breakfast were also very nice and helpful. They even provided a headscarf for my wife to wear when visiting the mosque. The airport transport arrangements were seamless. They accommodated our needs when we returned from Cappadocia, as our luggage was at our family's house. They even helped us drop off our relatives at their house, pick up our luggage, and then drop us off at the hotel. The drop-off service was also punctual, with the cab arriving at the hotel at 3:45 am, even though we had requested 4 am. Thank you for such a comfortable and memorable stay.

Very nice representatives, always kind and providing the best service whenever we asked was happy to answer all questions. Will definitely recommend to anyone staying in Istanbul there is a beautiful mosque which is a 1min walk from the hotel makes it perfect for praying. 5/5 from us here.

The area around the property is a maze of very small streets. The hotel isn’t really close to the popular attractions. That said, it doesn’t take very long by taxi. I managed without Wi-Fi and a lot of input by the staff here. Depending on whether you look at a 10 as the swankiest hotel in the world or from the standpoint of someone used to a hostel, will determine your personal rating. For myself, who has travelled the world extensively, I give it a 7.5 because of the location, lack of proximity to what most tourists want to see and room size. The staff here are excellent, however and I give them a 10 !

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, and affordable stay. The hotel is within minutes of key Istanbul sights, like the Hagia Sofiya, Blue Mosque, Atmeydan, and Topkapi Palace. Breakfast buffet is a great feature and it really sets you up for the day. Overall, a terrific experience for a 3-night stay.

Great Location. Just 10-15 minutes walking distance to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Staff is really friendly, hotel is clean. Only downside (or rather quirk) 1. The hotel is situated on the incline of one of the seven hills of Istanbul. So you have to walk up/down steep incline any time you would need to come in/leave the hotel. 2. Little Hagia Sophia is right next to the hotel, and there are other mosques nearby. So, you might might hear adhan(call for prayers) 5 times a day, starting with the morning prayer at 5am. Otherwise, I had a pleasant time here.

This place is not only a convenience site to a lot of popular places but is also an excellent value for your money. The staff is extremely nice, friendly and helpful. They provided us with lots of the helpful information and went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was nothing but amazing! The owner is really attentive and generous. He gifted me a beautiful scarf as a token of appreciation for staying in his hotel.The hotel is clean and provides delicious breakfast daily. Overall this is a great place to stay. Really close to several places of interest while visiting Istanbul. Great value for the quality of service. Highly recommend it!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect - central to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. The rooms were spotless, and had all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable. What made my stay truly memorable was the fantastic hotel staff. They went above and beyond to help me make the most of my visit. They provided me with excellent recommendations on where to go and what to avoid, saving me from common tourist traps and helping me find authentic spots around the city. I had a specific location in mind to visit, and the staff took the time to help me plan the best route, making sure I could get there smoothly. I can't recommend this place enough - if you're looking for a great stay in Istanbul with attentive service, this hotel is an excellent choice!
