Regarding Expedia Errore I booked 2 time.one with payment,other without payment. I called supporing team and asked tem to cancelled that one without payment cuz pax have not cash. But support team refunded my payment reserve and ask pax to pay at property.

Not very convenient
First, we were promised some things and they weren't there when we got to the hotel so don't believe anything they tell you online. Second, the safe did not work and they did not even care to fix the problem. Third, the staff was not very friendly specially the receptionists and you can tell they have a fake smile and they get easily irritated when asked questions. The cleaning was good but they never refilled the shampoo and sometimes forget to check if we have toilet paper or not. Additionally, they only care to get money from you and don't care much for your satisfaction. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, there was no laundry and to send your laundry outside it was very expensive.

Personel iyidi ve yardımcı oldu. Odanın kliması bozuktu ve o yüzden oda sıcaktı. Anyolun yanında olduğu için sesliydi geceleri bile. Otobüsle ulaşım iyidi odalar rahatdı büyüktü televizyon da olmuyordu. Personel iyidi ama odalar yenilmesi gerekiyo, mesela sabunlukda da lüg vardi bu Öl his degildi

Camın kapalı olmasına rağmen oda çok fazla soğuktu. Ve çok ses vardı yan ve üst odalardaki tüm sesler odama geliyordu aile için uygun bir otel değil ahlaki değerlere sahip değil. Odaya ilk girdiğimde daha önceki misafirden kalma yapılmış çay vardı onu temizlememişlerdi havlu ve yatak örtüsü de kirliydi

Otel güzel, yeni ve temizdi. Odalar yeni ve temizdi, ancak havlular biraz eski ve sararmış gibiydi. Yastıklar biraz ince. Odamızın Banyosunda nedense kabinin dışında önünde su birikiyordu. Temizlenmesini istedim, temiz havlu istedim, ilgilendiler. Önemli bir sorun yaşamadım. Otoparkı var. Sabah 7-10 arası açık büfe kahvaltısı var. Ortalama bir kahvaltı, çok çeşitli değil. Fiyat performans olarak ideal bir otel. İlgi alakaları ve temizliği iyi, Tekrar tercih edebilirim. Teşekkürler.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider ist das Zimmer sehr schmutzig gewesen. Die Ecken sehr staubig und schmutzig. Wände sehr schmutzig und Insektenreste an der Wand von Schnacken es klebt so Blut. Die Möbel sehr heruntergewirtschaftet ecken fehlen oder abgebrochen. Wenn man im Zimmer das Fenster öffnet ist es sehr laut und komische Geräusche von denn 8 Klimaanlagen die direkt unten stehen. Klimaanlage im Zimmer kann nur eiskalt und richt sehr muffig. Das Badezimmer bzw die Dusche auch viel Schimmel am Silikon. Die Griffe und alles was aus Metall ist sehr Oxidiert und stark abgenutzt. Würden kein zweites mal dort einchecken.
