I was happy with the rooms sizes and the good air conditioner, the price was very good in istanbul, the area was quite and parking bays was available, but during 5 days stay no onè come to clean the rooms or provide any towls or tissues. The stuff were friendly but reluctant to help you to solve your problems, for example when i arrived i needed to connect my UK mobile pluge to charge my phone butwas not able because it was different from UK. Altogether, i was happy to spent my 5 days there however was a bit from shopping centers.

Property was good and well maintained. Good size apartment with all necessary amenities including heating etc. Its located inside an industrial area close to a highway. However, if you are on short stay to catch next flight then remember its nearly 25km from Sabiha Cokcin Airport. So if you are a family of four adults with 4 large bags of luggage then expect to pay very high large taxi costs to and from Airport as there were no other commute options nearby for us. There are no food options at property. You may order via online food app. There are shops 10-15 minutes walk away.

The staff is very unwelcoming and unhelpful. He doesn’t want to help at all.I have to clean the microwave before using. Door knob is falling off. Looks like the hotel is ready to shut down.

Horrible Stay — Unsafe, Dirty, and No Internet I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The area is very bad — full of garbage and stray dogs barking all night. We asked for a smoking room, but there were no non-smoking rooms at all. The bathroom had mold, the bed and box were dusty and uncomfortable, and there was no internet connection during our entire stay. The shower only had cold water, and even when we explained everything to the staff, they didn’t help. It was a terrible experience unsafe, dirty, and not worth the money.

The rooms were absolutely terrible, I am so disappointed and dissatisfied in my stay. The room is unbelievably dirty. The beds were filled with hairs and stains. The service was also terrible. Everything in the rooms were filthy. I do not recommend at all to anybody. Worst experience ever. Couldn’t sleep comfortably knowing the whole room was in filth and hairs.

Otelde 207 nolu odayı verdiler tv olmadığı ve 1. Kat olduğu için istemedik. 5 kattaki 508 nolu odayı verdiler. Burada da tv vardı ama çalışmıyordu. Banyonun Duşakabin camı yoktu. Çıkarken ölçü almaya biz içeride iken geldiler. Tuvalet banyo ciddi bir yoğun koku hiç gitmiyordu. Havalandırması çalışmıyordu. İkinci odanın tv si gibi kliması da çalışmıyordu. Temizlik ise diplerde. Havlu 5 kişi olmamıza rağmen 3 tane koymuşlar. 2. Gün havlu nevresimi istedik 2 gün sonrası değiştiriyoruz dedi. Konumu da çok kötü çevrede büyük kamyonlar sanayi vb içinde
