Window would not shut, meaning the loud street below (clubs, construction, deliveries, and street sweepers) kept us up at night. The bathroom sink leaked on every use, toilet seat broken, bidet nozzle missing, flush cover hanging off. Exposed wiring near bedside lamp, and in kitchenette above sink - hazard! Wardrobe drawer hanging off. Dirty sheets and towels on arrival. Booked a twin room, and reiterated this via text to host who confirmed. Arrived to a double room which had to be changed. Overall, very disappointed that Expedia would include a hotel like this in their packages. Hotel staff were friendly and no issue with them but we did not get what we paid for from Expedia.

My stay here was excellent. The front office staff is friendly and helpful! The housekeeper is amazing! Room is spacious with comfortable beds and dining table. And the rooms are very affordable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the Taksim district of Istanbul. I will be staying here my next visit to Istanbul. 10 out of 10 stay.

I booked my room for three nights,when I arrived there was no electricity and I been told that they going to fix it in half an hour,,, I was two days without power in the very dark, overheating room. Beds are terrible too.

It’s in a convenient location with lots to do, rooms are okay, elevator is not on all the floors so if you get the family room /apartment on the 6th floor, you have to climb up the stairs from the 5th floor but the staff helps you with all the luggage. Overall we had a pleasant stay!

Not for elderly or people with accessibility issue
Hotel is in a very happening place if you are young and into night life. Staff is super friendly and helpful, but hotel itself is hard to get to (might have just been my luck that most roads were closed to public when I visited). Rooms are dated and stairs to the hotel are narrow. I would recommend if you are the younger side.

The hotel was clean, aircon cool and wifi fast- good for work. The bed was comfortable and staff polite. I would note that the Expedia listing seems to suggest that they do food in a restaurant or bar which they don’t.

I was a bit nervous about this booking considering some of the negative reviews, but I have to say I was happily surprised, both of the rooms we booked for my family were absolutely clean and in good condition. The reception team are incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent - great bars and restaurants on the doorstep.
