Kami memasak kamar famili u tuk 5 orang.
Kami sangat tidak puas hati, waktu kami Mai ceck ind, tiada kamar yg kosong, padahal kami sudah memboking nya dari Jam 10 pagi. Tp kami harus meninggai sampai jam 4 sore. Tiada orang di tempat informasion, tiada orng di kantor waktu kami ceck ud, servis yg sangat buruk , dlm pesanan kami, kami memasak Air putih, sampo, tuala untuk mandi, tapi semua tiada ada, kosong, kamo pun tidak ada selimut. Kamar mandi yg tersumbat, tempat cuci tangan yg tersumbat. Sungguh menjijik kan. Kami sangat kecewa,

VERY BAD ROOMS!!!!
The only good thing about this hotel was their personnel!!! No warm water in the shower! Dirty rooms with oddor of mold! The air conditioner was dripping the whole time we were there, and we couldn't sleep at all! Very bad internet and one of the nights there was no internet at all!!! The mold was litterally visible!!! And their answer to everything was "We got some technical problems"...

Ensemble mitigé mais convenable
L'entrée est tres belle, c'est aussi une clinique pour dents. Ascenseur qui est pas en très bon état mais fonctionne bien. Nous sommes arrivés en avance et lorsqu'on a appelé, un homme est venu nous donner les clés de la chambre. La première chambre qu'on nous avait attribué au deuxième étage était vraiment pas terrible, des travaux a faire dedans, la clim qui fuyait mais le patron nous a transféré dans une autre chambre au troisième qui avait été refaite et qui était vraiment très bien avec un grand balcon, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de mobilier mais moi le soir j'y mettais un fauteuil et la petite table qu'il y avait dans notre chambre. Pareil le balcon est pour les 4 chambres pas de séparation mais je n'ai vu aucun autre client y aller donc top pour moi. La literie est confortable en revanche on ne s'est pas servi ded couvertures car pas lavé (un pansement était collé sur l'une d'elle et sale) Mais le linge de toilette (serviettes) elles étaient nickel. En revanche, lors de notre transfert de chambre, la femme de ménage nous a aidé a tout transporté et nous a même rapporter des produits que nous avions oubliée dans la salle de bain. Nous sommes restés 4 jours et pour 5 personnes un seul rouleau de papier toilette, le ménage devait être fait tous les deux jours mais ça tombait le week-end et la femme de ménage ne travaillait pas. Vous pouvez faire laver votre linge sur place il suffit de demander a la femme de ménage. Ensemble mitigé, mais j'y retournerais.
