Honestly what we experienced in the first day was not acceptable, all of that day passed by switching hotels! even I booked the room it seems they gave our room to another people, so when we got there they told us we have a power issue! And should go to their other branch! In other hotel they gave us a a tiny room without elevator access even though they saw my mom couldn’t walk too much! I told them my mom can’t go up and down by those steps! So they gave us our room eventually! We got really disappointed!

Nice small hotel perfect for couples
Nice hotel located in the middle of an alleyway. There's a market in the same street that starts around 10am and attracts lots of locals and tourists alike. The hotel room, bathroom, common areas and lift were very clean.

I loved my stay at Rubby Hotel. The reception workers are friendly and helpful and speak english. The room smells divine, hotel is extremely clean. My room was also very spacious, perfect for long stay. Bed is big and comfortable. Large bathroom. Awesome little furnished balcony, you can stay in pajamas, people can't see you. Shopping streets everywhere you turn. Very safe for women traveling alone.

Ich habe ein ganz andere Zimmer bekommen als was ich gebucht habe. Das Zimmer war auch nicht so sauber und unsicher da die Türen sehr dünn sind

Vorsicht finger weg. Bei eingang in s hotel wollten die von mir noch extra geld haben für eine nacht ca. 40 Euro. Weil ich damit nicht einverstanden war musste ich sogar hotel verlassen. Dank expedia wurde mir eine andere hotel angeboten. Für die preisklasse jetzt ist es definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist ansich gut. Man ist direkt im Zentrum. Kein Frühstück gibt es!!! Was uns persönlich gestört hat, war der Empfang von einem Mitarbeiter Kasachische oder Turkmenische Herkunft vermute ich bei unserer Anreise am 09.08.2024 kurz vor Mitternacht nicht herzlich war. Er war auch sehr unfreundlich. Wir mussten unsere Koffer die Treppen selbst hochtragen auch wurden wir nicht in das Zimmer begleitet. Natürlich gab es kein Trinkgeld! Bei anderen Gästen wahrscheinlich Russische Herkunft half der Mitarbeiter mit voller Energie und Freundlichkeit. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich gegenüber uns.

For the price its an excellent stay, but there are very much noices. You can also hear everything what your neighbours are sayin, bad insulation. But that will not be a problem if you can sleep trough the noices.

We left our room for sightseeing in the morning and when we came back in the evening we realized that personal was in the room for placing a sofa which made the room very small and mixed up our luggage. As woman i dont feel sage after that so no recommandation. We usuallly left the day after and have no understanding why they couldnz do this after we left. Also very loud and snelling horribly cigarettes.

konum güzel, gürültüsü fazla
otelin konumu çok iyi. tek sıkıntısı otopark olmaması ve çilek sokakta olduğu için biraz akşam gürültüsü ve sabahın çok erken saatinde çöp kamyonu gürültüsü. ayrıca sabah kahvaltısı olarak süper bir kahvaltı beklemeyin. zeytin peynir reçel tereyağı :) bunların dışında temiz bir otel.
