THE WORST POSSIBLE PLACE TO STAY. OWNER IS VERY DODGY, DID NOT LET US STAY AFTER BOOKING WAS CONFIRMED. VERY VERY BAD LOCATION

I send email to you about this terrible hotel im not staying only 2 hours because the erea is not save the manager is so bad the hotel is so bad no service cleanliness the bathroom just toilet and dosh with nothing it just like 2 ft and 3 ft No towels no room service bad place I paid all the money with not stayed any day and the manager is drunk with his friends i feel unsafe and i ask him about the refund the money he said no money back to me and I back to ankara at same day because no place to stay and no enough money and i just looses my money for nothing and when i booked with you guys because I heard a good thing from you but with this loosing everything it’s really bad please I send emails at same day but no responded from you So i need help if you can to refund my money from the hotel Best regards
