The hotel staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and attentive.
The breakfast offered a decent, basic variety, which was satisfactory for a simple start to the day.
I loved that the hotel is connected to the Mado dessert shop, which was a bonus for enjoying some treats.
However, the experience was let down by several factors. The rooms were not soundproof, and I could hear the constant traffic outside, car horns, people talking in the walkway, and the cleaners moving equipment, this led to a significant lack of sleep, which really impacted my stay.
When trying to book a hamam for Sunday as a birthday treat, I was initially told by the spa staff that it was fully booked. However, when I asked again on another day and insisted that they check the appointment slots, they suddenly had availability between 1pm and 9pm—the entire day!
The sauna and steam room were great, but the pool was always a little cold, and maintenance in the pool area was lacking. Me and several others amost slipped on the wet tile floor caused by children jumping into the pool, which created large puddles that weren't cleaned up. This safety issue, combined with the noise problem and the frustrating hamam booking experience, was enough to put me off from staying here again.
