KEEP AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT
Dette var ikke et bra opphold for oss. Leiligheten hadde fin beliggenhet i forhold til Taksim Square. Når vi skulle sjekke inn, brukte sikkerhetsvaktene nesten en halvtime på å finne ut av om vi virkelig hadde booket en leilighet i leilighetskomplekset. Jeg begynte etter hvert å tenke at leiligheten antakelig hadde blitt dobbelt booket, og at det kanskje ikke var noen ledig leilighet. De i resepsjonen brukte nesten 10 minuttet på å finne frem til riktig nøkkel for leiligheten. Jeg er fortsatt i tvil om vi faktisk fikk tildelt den leiligheten som vi opprinnelig hadde betalt for. Leiligheten var totalt sett helt grei med en fin og greit utstyrt kjøkken, men vi så dessverrr rett inn i en vegg fra balkongen, da leiligheten var under bakkeplan. På bildene av leiligheten på Hotels.com var det derimot bilder med en fin utsikt etc. Da blir man jo veldig skuffet av å måtte se inn i en vegg. Vi så også et par kakerlakker inne i leiligheten, usikker på om de kom inn fra balkongen eller om det allerede var kakerlakker inne i leiligheten. Vi så en stor kakerlakk på det ene soverommet (som antakelig kom inn fra balkongen), og en kakerlakk under mikrobølgeovnen på kjøkkenet. Når vi ankom leiligheten var det ingen såpe eller andre baderomsartikler å finne. Dette til tross for at dette var annonsert at det skulle være. Det var også utfordringer med å få til rengjøring av leiligeheten, til tross for at det var annonsert at dette vil bli gjort en gang i uka, hver tredje dag. ANBEFALES IKKE!

Als wir ankamen, mussten wir leider feststellen, dass niemand dort mit uns gerechnet hat. Die Buchung (=~400€) sei nirgends zu finden und wir mussten erst beweisen, dass wir auch schon bezahlt haben. Man hat uns dann angeboten vorübergehend, dh nur für eine Nacht, in ein kleines Zimmer zu ziehen, weil alles belegt war. Natürlich haben wir das Angebot angenommen, weil nach einer langen Anreise mit zwei Kleinkindern auch an nichts anderes zu denken war. Dann hat sich herausgestellt, dass unsere vorübergehende Unterkunft weder ordentlich geputzt noch sonst was war. Lediglich das Bett war frisch bezogen, der Rest ließ mehr als zu wünschen übrig. In der Waschmaschine befand sich nasse Wäsche von irgendwem, die Handtücher waren zwar schön zusammengelegt, jedoch schon benutzt und dreckig und die darunter liegenden waren voll mit langen Haaren, gekehrt und gewischt hat auch niemand, von der Toilette und dem Bad will ich gar nicht anfangen zu reden oder von der Unterwäsche am Balkon, dem Kühlschrank, Internet oder Fernseher, die alle nicht funktioniert haben. Die Liste ist also lang. Am nächsten Tag durften wir umziehen. In dem neuen Zimmer haben wir dann (wieder) um alles, also wirklich wegen jeder Kleinigkeit, bitten dürfen, was einem echt Kraft raubt: Handtücher, Gabeln und Löffel (Messer hatten wir komischerweise, die waren aber nur zum Streichen gut, schneiden konnte man damit nichts), Schwamm, Wetex, Tücher etc. Dafür musste man auch immer zur Rezeption runter.
