This apartment is so spacious and clean. It is located in a wonderful area with lots of restaurants, and shops easy to walk to. There is a mini mart right next to the building and also a fruit mart in front of the building. We ate at a local bakery in our street and also walked to other coffee shops in the mornings. The staff of this apartment is very responsive, helpful and super friendly! One morning I got locked up in the bathroom and they came to help in just 5 minutes !! One thing I would suggest is to better equip the kitchen with dish or paper towels, soap, cooking accessories, etc. I would definitely stay here again !!

Prime location. Close to main Istiklal street and still not loud. Grocery stores were next door and so were many restaurants. Everything was at walking distance. Huge apartments. Sardar was extremely hospitable and kind.

2-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, full kitchen requirements, washing machine, bathrooms, and excellent staff. You have to ask for cleaning. Everything near the door. Restaurants all around. Shishane metro station 3 minutes walking. Takseem square 20 minutes walk. No facilities available (swimming pool, sauna, gym, room service). TV available with no cable.

Awesome location and beautiful apartment!! The grocery next door was super convenient. The space was huge and countless shops and restaurants directly outside the front door. The heated floors felt amazing on colder nights. We even chose to extend our stay in Istanbul due to how much we loved this apartment! Thank you Pera Residence!

This is my third stay here. I highly recommend this place. Exceptional values and great service 2 bedrooms with fully furnished nearly 1600 Sq ft space compare that with your typical hotel room with 240 sq ft... Kitchen, refrigerator and balcony... 5 stars.

We live staying here. Great experience, large apartment, new and clean, well maintained, good communication and service. Nearby restaurants and vibrant neighborhood. Pera Residences was an outstanding place for our family vacation to Istanbul. 50m from a Taxi stand, 100m to Istikal, and surrounded by local restaurants, grocery and night clubs, we were always able to get to anything anyone wanted to do. Serdar reached out by WhatsApp the day before our arrival and accommodated an early check in and holding our bags on check out. He reached out to us every day to ensure we had what we needed. Very professional. The apartment was large and we'll furnished with a small balcony. The kitchen had most of what you would need to cook a simple meal to eat in. Showers were delightful.

I booked a single room for a 1 night stay on my way from Amsterdam to Los Angeles as I wanted some lively Istanbul culture. When I checked in they told me they were booked so they were upgrading me to the suite! What a treat! It was a little difficult to communicate but we easily got over that. They booked me a car the next day for the airport which made it so convenient for me and I didn't have to worry about catching for calling a cab. The hotel is just a step from wonderful restaurants and so much shopping. The nightlife here is incredible and the music played and people reveling in the streets & cafe's until the wee hours of the morning. There were so many people walking the streets and I thought to myself how friendly everyone was. The men are gentlemen and go out of their way to assist a lady and the women are lovely! Everyone smiles in exchange for a smile. I enjoyed my 1 night at this hotel in my upgraded suite so I'm not sure what the other rooms are like but it's nicely located for lots of touristy and lively entertainment & sightseeing!
