Really nice hotel and great value for money. Great place near many local shops - with a lot lower price than their Malls Only down was that their fridge in the room was not working (on purpose) Their restaurant is also really good

Loved it
Check in was quick and easy. Room was a bit dark even with lights on but we were not in the room much. Staff were very nice and helpful. Most of the staff spoke english. I fell and twisted my foot and the staff were so helpful. They gave me an ice pack and checked me constantly. Would deffo stay again.

The housekeeper Selvim was awesome. Friendly atmosphere. Also, it is very clean and quiet even when at roadside. The only thing that need improvement is for them to invest in new towels. Otherwise, the stay was amazing.

Good for short stay while waiting for next flight
It is a typical transit-hotel for waiting for the next flight - it is located near Ataturk airport and 30 minutes from the Istanbul International airport. If you want to visit tourist attractions in downtown then this is not the right place. It is far from Metro and there is nothing to see around the hotel. But if you like shopping then Istanbul mall and other small shopping centers are about 10-15 minutes by taxi. Otherwise the hotel is good with big rooms and good breakfast. One problem we encountered during out stay was that the refrigerator (also called minibar) was not working and they told us that all the rooms in the floor we stayed had the same problem. So we had to buy from the neighboring gass station whenever we needed cold water which is essential when it is very hot in summer. The hotel has a deal with transfer shuttle but it is more expensive than when you book online.

Horrible!! Stay away. Don't even think to stay!
Horrible!! Stay away. don't even think about staying in this joint. Filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. In the bathroom you could only enter with flip-flops, disgusting. One of the elevators didn't work. Air conditioning was turned off at night and only ventilated without cooling, making the room a sauna. Foam mattress too soft and worn with undercut in the middle, causing it to roll over in the middle when sleeping. Milk for breakfast was soured and the staff didn't even notice. I was disgusted to eat at the restaurant. At the breakfast tables they only removed the dishes of the previous guests but they didn't even pass a cloth. Even though we were in a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes coming from the ventilation duct in the bathroom. When I checked in they charged the 5 nights in advance. When I saw the room I immediately asked for the cancellation of the charge to change hotels, which I was denied even with interference from Hotels.com, they only offered me a room change. We looked at the "new" room offered which was in the same conditions but still had a strong smoker smell. I'm surprised that a hotel with such a low level of hygiene can carry the name of a Radisson chain. See the photos attached from shover box and kitchen entrance. Only the receptionist during the day, Namir, was extremely polite. All other employees were extremely grumpy and rude.

İstanbul'a uzun bir aradan sonra Expedia dan rezervasyon yaparak geldim. Açıkçası bazı yorumları okuyunca çekinmedim değil ancak bu kadarda olmaz dedim. Park inn Radisonun kapısından girip check in yaptığım andan taki check out yaptığım zamana kadar sanki kendi evimde gibi rahattım.Resepsiyondaki arkadaşların ilgisi yardım severliği restauranttakiler keza öyle odaların temizliği hiçbir sorunum olmadı. Ulaşım konusunda çok kolay bir alanda çok çeşitli ulaşım imkanlarım vardı. Tek sorun aynı koridordaki odalarda kalan öğrenci gruptu resepsiyona iletince bu durumda çözüldü. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyorum bir daha İstanbul'a gelirsem gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğim yeri artık biliyorum.
