Very helpful and kind staff members especially at the reception they all were great. The food was really good, super clean rooms, quiet environment. I really enjoyed my permanence there especially after the surgery was a great place to recover.

The information listed on Expedia regarding distance from taksim square is not true actually it is 20 mnts walk not 6mnts , walking is not easy roads and alleys Breakfast is very poor condition exposed and bread is not fresh ..extra

This property is old. And not in a good way. The carpet is filthy and stained. The place smells of stale cigarettes and stagnant water. The bathrooms are too tight. Barely any room to stand and open the door. The furniture is old and smelly. The reception area needs a lot of attention. It’s as if you’re checking into post office or some cheap motel. For the price, you could stay at many places in Istanbul that are much better. The breakfast was terrible. The coffee is powdered. Not fresh. The juice tastes like Tang. And they would charge you €5 for a glass of fresh squeezed juice. The cheese and the meats look like they’ve been sitting on the plates for hours with no refrigeration. All in all, terrible experience. The staff were nice and helpful. But I think they are working with very little.

Excellent mais ne vend pas d’alcool !
L’hôtel est très propre , le personnel courtois , les chambres et la toilettes top comfort , le seul problème c’est qu’ils ne proposent pas d’alcool dans l’hôtel (dommage pour la belle terrasse !), il n’y a pas de station de métro ou bus proche , il faut marcher 15 min en hauteur en montant des escaliers (assez fatiguant !)
