It was a great stay at the NEX Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is modern with elegant and modern décor. The furniture is of a good, sophisticated and modern standard. The rooms are a little narrow but you can manage the space. The breakfast was good considering a 4-star hotel. The staff are so friendly and respectful, and for that we especially thank Mr. Ali Shan, the manager, Mr. Omar at the reception, and Mr. Mahmoud Guest Relations Manager, they were very cooperative with us, as Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Omar helped us with many things and places to go. The location is very good as it is close to a major metro station and the main street. Only access to the hotel is via a slope, but during our stay we got used to this matter due to the nature of Istanbul.

Zimmer relativ klein. Sauber war es aber. Das Wasser von der Leitung hat extrem getropft beim Händewaschen. Nach Weiterleitung an Personal wurde es relativ schnell erledigt. Die Zimmertüren sind sehr nah beinander, man hört alles. Im großen und ganzen war es okay, würden es aber nicht nochmal buchen.

Lütfi Kırdar Kongre Merkezine yakınlığından dolayı tercih ettiğimiz ve bir gece kaldığımız Nex Otel de giriş yaptığımız ilk andan çıkış yaptığımız ana kadar Ali Bey ve tüm personel bizlere güleryüzle yardımcı oldu. Kahvaltının ilk kalışımız olduğu için sonra ki kalışlarımız adına ikramı çok güzel bir jestti. Kahvaltının verildiği restoran kısmı güzeldi ve kahvaltı çeşit olarak tatmin ediciydi. Otel yeni, odalar çok temiz ve güzeldi. Bir sonra ki konaklamalarımızda kesinlikle yeniden tercih edeceğimiz, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz bu deneyim için tüm Nex Otel ekibine çok teşekkür ediyoruz! Yeniden görüşmek dileği ile!
